The front office staff is very nice but not super knowledgeable, I was paying out of pocket and had called ahead to get prices. I had a laceration that I thought required stitches but after paying up front I ended up not needing stitches. They asked me to come back to remove the gauze a few days later and quoted me another price for that visit. I asked for an itemization of what was performed and they gave me a receipt with one code on it and the price. I asked again for an itemization and they said that paper is all they could give. I asked to dispute the amount because stitches weren't needed and they said that was the price for all lacerations, i accepted. I came back for my 2nd visit and paid the quoted price they provided, it was not necessary for me to come back because it was just gauze that needed removing but I was comfortable with the price so I came in. A month later my card was debited an additional $130. No one at the office told me this was going to be charged to my card. I called the office to ask why this charge was debited and they referred me to their billing dept. I asked to remove my card from their file and they said I would have to come in and sign a paper and they would put a $100 hold on my card in case any other charges occur. I called their billing dept and they said they would send for review, which can take 45 business days. So far I've paid $530 for their services. Very disappointed in the lack of communication.

The front desk was gracious and kind even though she was slammed that morning (Sunday 9-1-24)The triage nurse was crabby but the doctor I saw was absolutely wonderful. He knew how to help my back pain without narcotics. No other doctor had done that for me and I've had back pain for years. It was a shot of toradol while I was there and total oral medication until I could get to my regular doctor. Call I remember is his name was Jason and he was fabulous. Thank you Jason

Walked in, was told there's at least a 2 hour wait, so I waited for a little and didn't see the line moving so I told the front desk I gotta go and I left (I did fill out the paperwork though). A month later I get a bill in the mail from these idiots for $180. Obviously going to call and dispute it but Jesus Christ is this really how the system works now??? Can't trust no one

I've been here many times. These visits have happened all over the days that I've come, times that I've come, the result seems to unfortunately be the same.
This is the slowest Urgent care I've ever experienced.
Not just this area either, been to Urgent Cares in Texas, in Virginia, this place takes the cake.
I literally never leave reviews, but I'm sitting in here right now, after doing online checkin and showing up for my scheduled time because I think I have strep throat, and it's been more than 1.5 hours of sitting here and there were only 4 people in the waiting room.
Staff are nice, but holy moly man, the waits here are insane. Would recommend going elsewhere.

Showed up right before closing which I know is super annoying, but they were nice and the provider was knowledgeable and took time to explain what my care plan would be
