PNC is a terrible bank. We were moved to this bank when they took over BBVA and honestly I should have left them. I have nothing good to say about any branch, or anything related to this bank. Do yourself a favor and steer clear. So many banking options out there. We are leaving to Canvas starting this month where we have been banking with our business for sometime now with zero issues.

Prompt, friendly professional service. I had several banking needs that were handled with great care and attention. I was so delighted to have access to a PNC bank here in Parker. I joined PNC in Florida in 2014 after moving to Sebastian Florida and researching all banks and credit unions in the area. PNC has served me well since 2014 and I was delighted to see that they now have brick and mortar in Colorado. I am an accountant and very knowledgeable about banking.

This location is in dire need of a makeover starting at the top. Current banking associates are not trained well and it takes forever to make a deposit. We asked to speak with the Branch Manager and was told she is on a conference call. Poor service and no accountability at this location. Taking my business elsewhere!

The Branch Manager Raphelia is very slow to respond and does not communicate well. You get a sense of total chaos when you visit the branch. They set appointments and then act surprised when you show up. Pretend that simple requests are monumental and take lots and lots of time to work through, etc. I regret doing business with them at this point.

I have to say I HATE the online interface for PNC with a passion - can never find anything - even statements to print out.I called the Parker branch today and talked with Masaki - she went out of her way to pull the statements for me and email them to me.Thank you MasakiI did call the online banking department and my initial contact was good but it would have been 20+ minutes on holde when he couldn't resolve my issue

Pnc in general is terrible. The workers at the branch are nice but the organization is not. Please switch your bank. We were BBVA and it was bought out by PNC and the transfer was horrible. I never got debit cards or checks for my accounts, they told us last minute that all of our account numbers changed which caused many bills to not get paid, and I’ve had to make purchases with temporary checks that I had to pick up in the branch and they didn’t clear 2 very large checks because “signature wasn’t on file” I’m a new mom and working and don’t have time for this. It’s been 2 months and long waits calling customer service. We are switching banks!

If incould give zero stars I would. When I first moved here I banked with BBVA and it was horrid. Tons of hidden fees,.poor customer service, the whole 9. We ended up switching to simple bank. Who just got bought by BBVA, the reason was leaving was fees and now we are having to switch banks again in less then 5 years! Do not bank here! Half the time the online features don't work. Logging in is a pain in the butt. Just avoid at all cost.

I originally gave high review, but in fact when I had troubles, the manager (Tyler) there never called me back when he said he would, and didn't reply to my emails, and never followed through. They setup the account wrong and it should have been very easily fixed, but instead took me 5 phone calls and 3 emails to get fixed. All on their part, and even to this day has never replied to my last email question on the setup.

My wife passed away in May 2017 she had an account with this bank. I have tried several times talking to this bank to get them to close this account and release her funds to me, even with sending them court documents ordering them to release these funds and my personal lawyer working on the case they refuse to comply with a court order my lawyers and my personnel request to release her funds to me. All I can tell you is do not bank with this institution they have been a nightmare in my time of grief with the loss of my wife trying to get things done. Shame on you Compass

I am having a horrible experience with this branch. They closed off an account without notifying me. Now I have a large direct deposit they have had for 11 days and they still have not returned it. National customer service was also very rude to me. I had my USAA banking representative on the line with both the local branch and the national support line and she was appalled by the way they were all treating me. They are making me jump through all sorts of hoops to get my own money returned to me. I am closing all three business accounts with them today. If you need a local branch I suggest Bank of the West!
