I have only had positive experiences when I've gone inside the bank for services. Everyone is polite and super friendly. No complaints about their online banking. I just wish their drive- thru would open earlier at 8 o'clock instead of 9 am. I like that they have a branch in Florida where I travel frequently, and sometimes snowbird. It makes things really convenient!

Not coming back here again for any service inside. Having a business account with them since they were BBVA and used to work for them 2022 means nothing. Had the worst rude person help me out today Stephanie. People like her are the reason I left PNC.

I am just leaving PNC Bank in northglenn. I walked into cash a check that was issued by their Bank but unfortunately they charge 2% of the check if you don't have an account. Which would be about $200 out of my pocket . How does that make sense it's their check?

I don’t know much about the company. I’ve never banked with PNC, but I went into this branch today to ask a few questions. Stephanie was so incredibly helpful and patient. Thanks for a great experience!

PNC Bank is a nightmare. To be clear, it's not this or any other branch - it's the corporate office. Its a long story that just doesn't seem to end. However, through no fault of my own, they would not give me access to my accounts for a full 2 months. They could not tell me how much was in my accounts; whether BillPay was paying my scheduled bills: whether any deposits were being made - nothing. They even suggested that I could pay my bills by check to ensure that they were being paid - oblivious to the very common predicament that people often don't have the money to pay their bills twice in a month. I spent hours going into the branches, calling etc. I finally filed a complaint with the FEC, which send it over to the Consumer Credit Bureau. This seems to have motivated them to figure out how to give me access to my money and accounts. They responded to my complaint by saying it was a "computer glitch." They said they do not have a "corporate policy" to provide restitution to me for my time and incredible stress. By chance, I learned that a very similar situation happened with a friend of mine whose a mortgage broker and was similarly unable to access her approximately 10 accounts for 2 months.Of course, I closed all of my accounts immediately upon getting access to them. Now, over a year later, they started sending me emails that say first, my account is overdrawn; next, that they will start charging me overdraft fees; and then that they will just charge my overdraft to a line of credit (which I've never had). I call and they can't find me on any open accounts. They referred me to some customer complaint department but that lady doesn't return my calls.

Absolute trash company. Customer service is awful. Empty apologies. Been without this card for three months now with nothing more then consistent excuses of why it wasn’t their fault. Communication is a joke. Blames customer for everything. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone moving forward.

If someone’s debit card is shut off and a new one will be sent to them when they file a charge dispute, tell them that instead of trying to sell them a bank credit card. Not the reps fault, though. Companies train people to improve metrics before properly communicating important information. #priorities.

Welcome to the East Coast. I was with PNC while living on the East Coast for 17 years. There wasn’t much love for the bank, but it was functional. After moving back to Colorado,my wife and I decided to bank with BBVA(formerly Compass), in large part because our home loan was through them, so that just makes everything easier. BbVA was great and I was happy to have left PNC behind back East. But then PNC bought out BBVA and their merging and integration process only highlighted my perceived issues with the bank. For far too long we couldn’t see where our money was or how much we had. We couldn’t log on to our online account, without setting up a new online banking account, which required a Debit card, but those had not been sent.I felt bad for the branch personellste who I sometimes pushed hard for answers on timelines for Debit Cards, Checks and other things, when it was clear they were kept in the dark as much as the customers and were visibly stressed by not being able to help customers the way they were used to.I’m certain that now that the merges complete and the dust has settled in this electronic construction zone, things have normalized and are working smoothly. It is worth noting- PNC is a large national bank that tends to focus on fees to bolster their bottom line, not unlike other national names people may be familiar with.

If I could give them zero stars I would. These guys recently bought the bank that my clients used and my heavens who on God's green earth organizes their statements like this! I'm convinced these guys known nothing about money. If my clients had another bank option for their business they would take it but it's simply not possible. So I beg you to never bank with these guys, everything is a disaster and I honestly would not be surprised if this bank goes bankrupt.

My husband and I share a checking account, I can NOT cash his work checks because he needs to be present. I am closing my account and going to any other bank who really appreciate their customers

This is honestly the worst bank I’ve ever had to deal with. Whenever you call for help they have customer agents from all over the world who don’t really speak English and don’t understand what you’re saying. They’re always pulling out money out of your account talking about fees and all this other real time it’s horrible and they never really try to help you.
