It was great working with Jonathan, Don, Joey and everyone at Colorado Custom Covers & Decks. They turned our disaster of a 50-year-old deck into a gorgeous covered patio and deck that will be maintenance-free for many years. Jonathan and his crew pay a lot of attention to detail and are hard workers. They did a great job of managing this project (including a large cement pour) in the middle of all the rain we had. Good people and their experience shows. We love the results and have had several compliments on how well it fits with the existing house.

Excellent company. Jonathan the owner was excellent to work with. Consistent with communication and his crew was always on time and working hard in installing our large deck. Jonathan and his team were also helpful in debugging a problem that eventually was not related to the deck. Can't recommend this company high enough!Services: Deck design

We had to replace a two story deck on the side of a steep hill in Evergreen. The whole deck had to be removed and rebuilt, including the footings. Colorado Custom gave us the best quote and did an excellent job replacing the deck using the highest quality materials. Jonathan’s team was fast and courteous, completing the entire removal and replacement in three weeks, through snow, rain and winds. Johnathan and his team are amazing. They are true craftsman that take their time to do a quality job. They showed up everyday at 7am and worked thru the day. Johnathan is great at communicating changes and keeping the design and construction costs within budget. Paying is easy and installments were clear before they started. Working with Jonathan and his team at Colorado Custom Covers + Decks to finish our pool deck was an absolute pleasure. The initial quote was more than fair. Workmanship and quality of the build was some of the best I've ever seen. The team showed up as promised every single day, on time or earlier, and stayed until the job was done. Entire team was extremely well-mannered, professional, knowledgeable and simply great to work with. Job was finished ahead of schedule and we could not be happier with the finished product. We bought a new house with a great view and wanted a deck to take maximum advantage. We couldn't be more pleased. Jonathan worked with us along the way as we made some changes mid-build, and we got exactly what we wanted at a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend them if you want a quality build.

Simply put, Jonathan and the crew at CCC&D built us our dream deck on-time, on-budget, and with the highest possible workmanship. From demolition of the old deck through construction, coordination with landscapers, overseeing the installation of the custom railings they organized for us, and final city inspection, CCC&D gave us professional service all the way through. I couldn't recommend any business or set of individuals more highly that the crew at CCC&D.

We are extremely happy with our new deck. The crew was professional, courteous and great to work with. Pete gave great advice and assistance in dealing with issues such as changing the design and water drainage. We’ve had a number of contractors over many years, and some very good. This company has proven to be the best. They were very professional, they were always on time, their work was meticulous. Each individual was very helpful in a number of ways and listened to our concerns. They cared about the fact that somebody lives in this house, and it is very inconvenient to have something like this done.Our deck is very large- 1400 sq ft. They worked quickly and accurately and did little to interfere with our daily life. One crew, one job. The demolition alone was amazing to watch. They kept mentioning how they enjoyed the challenge of handling our project. Apparently it is one of the more difficult ones they’ve done.The materials supplier and the stucco repair crew were top notch. Always good to see subcontractors on the same level as your contractor.The end result was beyond our imagination. It really put the overall look of our house into a different category. Whatever the level of your project, Colorado Custom Covers and Decks can handle it.

Living up in the mountains it can be hard to find workers that show up when they say they will if at all, but from the very first interaction with Jonathan it was obvious that wouldn’t be the case with CO custom covers and decks. They were professional, helpful and informative. A plan and a few months later, we are ecstatic with our new deck and seriously can’t recommend these guys enough! Of the few minor problems that arose (during any construction project this is unavoidable) they were promptly addressed and professionally handled. Again, we couldn’t be happier and feel lucky to have stumbled upon them in our search for someone who would do it well, and do it right!

Colorado Custom Covers & Decks has now done 3 decks for us. We ended up with truly custom decks and hand rails, not a pre-made ‘kit’ job like like competitors wanted to do. Jonathons crew worked hard and worked through any problems that were encountered. We love our decks.

We don’t have enough good things to say about Colorado Custom Covers and Decks and the work they did for us. The guys were on time, worked efficiently but safely. They went above and beyond to make sure our project was completed better than expected. They cleaned up and left things better than they found them. Couldn’t be happier.
