I don't know wgat has happened to this place since Harold took over, but I've had my car in his shop for 9 weeks. Every week, sometimes twice a week he tells me my car will be worked on and it's not. I finally went in for my keys today. I will never go back. Evey time I drive by there is always another car getting worked on that has recently come in for repairs, but mine has been sitting there for 9 weeks and seems lije I'm just not important. He rarely answers his phone, and his voicemail is full. Soooo terribly upsetting.

Harold and the team were superb: I don’t know why this shop would get below a five star review. They acted with integrity and were honest, performed work of the upmost quality, charged reasonable labor rates, and went above and beyond. I brought my car in to get the front struts replaced and Harold and team quickly performed the work, identifying another issue that they also fixed for a reasonable price in an expedited timeframe. When I went to pickup my car, they had also changed the oil and cleaned it at no extra cost. This shop reminds me of the old Montana I grew up in; I won’t hesitate to go back for more car troubles.

Very happy with their service, and response to concerns. I have a 2017 Suburban, and I've been looking for a locally-owed shop to take care of maintenance issues that I can't handle. They replaced a front wheel bearing, which had become noisy. They were quick, responsive, and reasonably priced. We have an older Jeep CJ that is a project. Warren's is the type of place we'd use long-term, on that project and others. We're off to a good start.

Need my transmission rebuilt. These guys will use a salvage transmission and charge you for it, rather than rebuilding what you already have. I can't see the difference.
