This is the friendliest place to get an oil change that I’ve ever been to and it’s nice to be able to sit in your car while they do it. They are not only friendly but take their job seriously and you can tell they all know what they’re doing!

My husband and I were out of town on our vacation when our engine oil light came on suddenly. Stressed about what to do, we saw Take 5 was still open, and they took great care of us. Anthony and his team were so kind to let us in close to closing time and they changed our oil so quickly. They were so friendly and efficient, and they even offered us waters while we waited. We would absolutely recommend their service to anyone!

This was the best experience I’ve had getting my oil changed. Trista and Anthony were so kind and helpful. Everyone i spoke to was pleasant and informative. I loved that I got to stay in my car while they serviced it too!

Take 5 is the best place that I have found in Loveland. The staff is very knowledgeable and they are always courteous. I won’t take my car anywhere else for an oil change.

There is always great customer service whenever I take my car in. They are courteous, quick with water, and seem like genuine people. I never feel judged or pressured into adding additional services. They make sure you know what parts are included versus what is an upcharge. The price is reasonable, Take 5 usually has solid deals on their website which is a plus. Keep it up!

I didn’t like the fact that the salesgirl did not give me the option of the least expensive oil change on the menu, but pushed me right into the $90 one…and the fact that there is a screen for leaving a tip was ridiculous. Who tips on an oil change? The guys doing the work were good, efficient and thorough, but I won’t be back.
