Stan’s auto offered a free brake check and free brake pads for Breast cancer awareness. I felt I needed brakes and took advantage of the opportunity to have them checked.
I was fully expecting a call with an estimate for replacement of brakes and rotors. I received both a text and an email with an easy to read assessment of my car. They had not only checked my brakes but an overall review of shocks, struts, wipers, etc which I appreciated.
The review of everything was easy to read and color coded with green, yellow, red as to what you would need now, need in near future and green for good shape nothing needed.
They even had a couple photos when describing that system. The brakes listed my pad measurements and what is recommended and when to have them checked again. The whole process was simple, quick and detailed. They also called me to ask if I received the text and email and did I have any questions.
So basically they did all of that and didn’t charge my anything! I brought the staff a dozen muffins to say thank you for your time and effort. Yum ?.
I will definitely be back for my brake’s replacement and other needed services. Thank you to all the staff at Stan’s Auto service.

We recently moved here from NC and on our first day we could not start our car to get it out of garage. I called all over Loveland trying to get someone come to us and replace the battery. No one would. I called the Chamber and the woman suggested Stan!’s. They went way beyond the normal to come to us and help us through a really tough situation. We don’t forget good people that still reach out a hand to help strangers with excellent service. Thank you for everything you did to help us. We will recommend you and return when we have car trouble!

I can't rave enough about this mechanic shop! Sarah and Sam went above and beyond to get my rv fixed and on the road when I had an emergency trip to make with only 2 days' notice.
I was sent a full report of the problems with pictures included, so I knew the parts actually needed fixing. Sarah kept in contact about the progress and was so patient talking everything out with me.
If you're looking for an honest, hard-working, and fair priced auto shop, Stan's Auto Service Inc. is the only way to go!!!!

We’ve got a big truck… with a big flatbed, aftermarket suspension, and oversized tires. Getting the truck aligned has been a frustrating effort. Stan’s Auto Service Inc made the process smooth and fast. Everyone else was booked out several weeks. Stan’s Service Team got us taken care of in time for our hunt. Amazing people. Professional facilities. Stan’s has earned my business moving forward. ??

Very good service. The service advisors are knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciated their patience with us when making a decision on repairs for the vehicle. They finished in a timely manner and I feel we were treated fairly. From our experience, they stand behind their work. I highly recommend Stan’s and will use them for any future auto repairs.

The staff of Stan's Auto Service has earned my LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD for OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I recently embarked on a solo drive of a 25-foot RV from Central NY to Estes Park, Colorado. I was on a tight schedule. I arrived at my destination mid-afternoon, and before driving the last 3 miles to the RV Park for the weekend, the "Oil Pressure Low-Turn Engine Off Now" light came on. At 5:20pm on a Friday afternoon, after multiple calls to several auto service shops, Stan's was the only place within 100 miles that was willing to receive the RV via tow on Monday morning and take a look at it when they could. Fully booked and short-staffed, Robert was honest and said "You can bring it here...there is a 2% chance that we'll be able to look at it on Monday." Robert made no guarantees as to when they would be able to evaluate the problem and/or make any needed repairs. I was willing to take that chance. Monday morning came, the vehicle was towed to Stan's, and from the moment I walked in, it was clear that these folks were running a top-notch operation. I explained what was happening with the RV, and that I was scheduled to be back in Central New York by Wednesday evening. I provided them with the requested information and worked remotely in their comfortable waiting area where I had access to a clean restroom, coffee, sodas and a lifetime supply of peppermints! I even had the privilege of meeting STAN, now "retired," who bursted with pride as he told me he still runs cars for his sons and grandsons who run the business and another auto mechanic shop in town. Before the lunchhour, a mechanic came into the waiting area to report his initial findings; my 2% chance paid off BIGTIME. After listening to my concerns, he told me his plan, and by 2pm I was back behind the wheel filled with gratitude, confidence and sound advice: "Take it easy on her on the way home...take an extra day...you need to HUG her all the way home!!" I left Stan's Auto Service with documents in hand and in my email--anything I could possibly need to provide to another mechanic en route if things went south, and/or to an insurance company if records were requested. These folks went ABOVE AND BEYOND to assist this RV Rookie/now Veteran and I cannot recommend them highly enough!!
