Ordered a carbon steel gray metallic tow eye hook cover for my MK7 GTI. The color was spot on! No more faded cover. Definitely a happy customer. I highly recommend if you are looking for painted replacement parts for your Volkswagen.

Turn-around time was fast! My chrome conversion kit was ready and painted in about a week and a half. I had previously tried to go through the dealership and wait times were 8-10 weeks, yikes.The paint match is on point! And of course all the parts were OEM so no fitment issues. Looks like a completely different truck!Very satisfied, pleasure doing business!

I had the good fortune to order a tow hook cover for my Lexus from this company. The service they provided was among the best I've ever experienced. Their follow-up was even more impressive, given that my purchase was under $100.After I placed the order, they checked with me before fulfilling it to make sure I had requested the part for the correct model of car that I own. Since I had indeed made an error, I appreciated their catching it for me.When the part arrived a tab had been bent in shipment. As a result, the tow-hook cover wouldn't "click" in, and stay in place. When I emailed them, they immediately offered to send a replacement at no charge.I told them I wanted to see if I could heat the plastic tab and bend it back into place using a hair dryer. I was able to move the tab into the proper position, and it popped into place perfectly.The fit, paint color and finish all match perfectly with the other (original) tow hook cover.I emailed them to let them know I was able to fix it. They wrote back expressing their appreciation for my having done so. End of our transaction, or so I assumed.I hadn't noticed that they had sent me an earlier email in which they refunded a portion of my purchase "because it did not arrive perfect as it should have".I was surprised, but shouldn't have been, given how they had treated me from the time I placed the order.I would highly recommend this service to anyone needing parts for their vehicle.

These guys were a great help, making sure I got the right parts. Parts showed up quicker than expected. Unfortunately, dirt in the paint on one door handle, but I will deal with it. They painted four door handels and two mirror caps. Good quality OEM parts fit perfectly. Highly recommend

Hands down the best service I have received in years. They went above and beyond with customer service, all 3 pieces I ordered came out phenomenal. 2014 Ram 2500 front & rear bumpers and the Ram grill! I recommend anyone looking for OEM paint work give these guys a try you won’t be disappointed, just look at my photos! They even ship with care using baby powder to prevent bubble wrap from sticking protecting their work!

Ordered a driver side mirror cap for my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta and they did a beautiful job. Not only was it affordable compared to just ordering a primed one from Volkswagen, but they did such a good job painting it. The paint matches the car beautifully this is definitely the place I'll be ordering future painted car parts. Let's just hope I don't need to order any soon, but they did a beautiful job

What a great experience! The dealer had the part I needed (tow hook cap) but it came unpainted, and the best they could suggest was to buy paint at the auto parts store. Then I found Painted OEM Parts, and within a day or two they shipped me the right part with a perfect match for my paint. And customer service was friendly and very helpful. Couldn't ask for more.
