My experience with Iron Mountain collision was a dumpster fire from the first day. Their communication skills are poor and they don’t keep you informed about their progress on your vehicle. once they get your signature and initials on their contract, they have you for every little detail they can add to the estimate. You have no say whatsoever about what they’re gonna do to your car. They make all the decisions and don’t even give you the chance for input. They charge more than the accepted limits for Northern Colorado so expect your insurance company to pass the extra cost onto you. there are many reasons why I can’t recommend this business, these are just a few.

I have gone to Iron Mountain for years. I have always trusted them to work on my vehicles.After my son passed away, I had his SUV in there. Kevin and his team went above and beyond for me, at a time, when I couldn't even function. Recently, my dodge was hit and totaled. Everyday, we would talk. I really appreciated the updates on what was going on with it. Iron mountain has the best customer care, you will ever receive. They made unpleasant experiences, so much more manageable for me and I am forever grateful. They are family to me now, and they will ALWAYS be my go-to for my repairs.

Brought a vehicle in with heavy hail damage and Allstate decided to total it after Iron Mountain did a full inspection. Not the outcome I wanted, but I felt that iron mountain took on a lot of the headache that comes along with this process. They wanted to fix it right, Allstate said kick rocks, you know how it goes.

Iron mountain will try to accommodate you any need you may have. Especially if you need rides to or from home. Everyone here is very nice. I even had a chance to speak to the owner himself. They will treat you like family. They worked on my car when no one else would. They disassembled, but didn't end up repairing my truck as it was a total loss. They charge storage based on square footage of your vehicle, and by the day. My tundra CrewMax was 350 dollars a day here. Basically the bigger the vehicle the more they charge. I was also told insurance would pay for the tow! Not true. (Insurance said it is still technically drivable during the day. As they have their own private towing company they could tow it so they did.) it's now coming out of my ACV. Just be aware of what you're getting into here. They are very nice and we'll go above and beyond for you. Thanks again Iron mountain.

The whole team was great to work with, start to finish. They helped us with the insurance, finding parts for a 2001 Lincoln Continental. It's not an easy task.The body work and paint are impeccable.

These guys are the best!!! They made the entire process very simple. They fought for me, and helped get me what my car was worth. Even when the insurance company was being shady, Kevin paid me the difference from what the insurance company wasn’t willing to do. The entire staff was was extremely helpful. Janice is the goat.

I had my Bumper replaced at Iron mountain and I needed it done in a hurry. They fit me in right away provided a loaner car and had it replaced and painted within 24 hours! First class service and people. Would highly recommend

Iron Mountian took great care of me after my car accident! They made a tough time easier and went out of their way to fix my complicated repair- they even provided a free loaner car which was a life saver since I didn’t have that on my insurance. I highly recommend them! Kind people, and my car is good as new!

Kevin and team at Iron Mountain are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided fast service and quality advise with regards to a recent accident. They will go to bat for you with insurance companies and help ensure you’re not being rushed or taken advantage of by your insurance provider. I will definitely be going to Kevin and team whenever I need auto work in the future.

We have been using Iron Mountain for several years. As Director of Transportation at Weld Re-5j School District, I am very cautious of where I send our vehicles. It is very important that they are repaired right, quickly and with great customer service. Holly, Donna and Nathan are amazing when it comes to customer service. As long as I am Director here, we will be trusting our repairs to Iron Mountain. Hands down the best choice for our fleet.

The team at Iron Mountain Collision knocked it out of the park!I had a unfortunate incident when my garage jumped out at my car and scraped the side of it! They blended the paint perfectly, took care of a few dings that had been bugging me.Communication from Heather, Holly and Kevin was A+ throughout the process. My repairs were done on time and to the penny on my estimate.Thank you guys so much! You have earned my business for years to come! I highly recommend their services!

The team went above and beyond to repair my car quickly, replaced my bumper and the total cost was less than originally quoted and done in half the time expected - will definitely return for service! Mechanic service was superb as well. Thank you!!

This company is by far one of the most enjoyable customer service experiences I've had in years. Our son was hit buy a driver that ran a stop sign, in a car that was given to him by his great-grandfather who fought in World War II. Of course the insurance totaled it, but Iron Mountain and all of its employees and owners understood the sentimental value of this car. They have worked with us and been so kind and understanding to the emotional attachment we have to the vehicle. They have helped us fight the insurance to get a fair value for the vehicle to get it fixed. There is nowhere else I would go.
