We hired them for our master bathroom renovation. Very happy! Regina Dvorak came out initially to give us a free consultation. She is amazing - so knowledgeable! She answered all our questions and didn’t pressure us at all. Because of her we decided to go with Graham Floors. She gave us advice every step of the way. We’re very happy with the end result! We highly recommend them.

I LOVE our new floors. Kim and her team were a dream to work with. She was able to give an estimate within a day and the next week(ish) we had our new floors. Nick, who installed our floors, was kind, informative, and fantastic at his craft. We received a fair price for materials and labor and I couldn't be happier with our choice to go with Graham's Flooring. Communication was always quick and thorough. 10/10.. we can't wait to have our upper floors done next!

This is the best flooring business in town! I’m an interior designer and I recommend Grahams to all of my clients and work with Regina exclusively because of her excellent customer service and knowledge of products. She has met me at many house calls and brings samples to my client so they can see them in their home, which makes my job so much easier. I help them make a selection and then we schedule install. Very streamlined and my clients have loved the finished product.

Everyone I worked with from the initial phone call to my rep, Regina, to our floor installer, Nick, have been incredibly helpful, respectful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We had engineered hardware installed on our main floor and 2nd floor to include our stairs and every step of the process was seamless. I couldn’t be happier with the final look. We worked with Kim Bolding and she was great! Much more knowledgeable and better pricing than the big box stores!! Installation crew was also great, timely, professional, and are carpet looks awesome! We’ll be going back to Kim later this year for another job using vinyl plank. Highly recommend using Kim!!

I cannot say enough positive things about Graham’s flooring, and in particular Regina who helped us through the whole process. We refinished hardwood and put in new flooring through the whole house which we were selling. She guided us every step of the way, both from a design perspective as well as keeping in mind we were selling the house. Highly recommend!

We've had Graham's for two different projects in our home and both times the experience has been amazing. The results are fabulous as well. The first project included carpet, laminate and tile. The second project was just laminate. They have the best installers! They show up on time, are very professional, efficient and very polite. They clean up after each project. We also enjoyed working with Kim. She comes to our home with samples and truly listens and understands what we want. We highly recommend them.
