Brought our daughter in for a birthday bear and had a great experience! The guy working there was fun, sweet and patient with our 2 year old. Can’t wait to make it a tradition!

It was okay went there for the birthday bear deal And immediately started getting Pressured to upgrade Not to mention they should call it we'll build the Bear for you and you dress it Not what I thought I thought we were gonna get to build the Bear myself and my 3-year-old granddaughter disappointing but overall the Bear we got was cute and she likes it that's all that matters.

I was just told that most of some lines are only available online. Isn't the whole point of a Build a Bear store to allow kids to BUILD A BEAR themselves and go through the whole experience!? The excuse I was given was that it was "easier to store them" on line.

I've never had a bad experience at build a bear, went in over the weekend for my daughters birthday she really wanted toothless, we showed up during a birthday party but the staff was very nice and helpful while we waited. I was ecstatic to find they had 1 jumpo longhorn so of course I got one too for my own birthday, they are great with all.ages kids all the way to parents making a bear. The only downfall is prices are pretty expensive but sometimes they run deals like 2 for $45 or buy one get select for 50% off then it's not as bad but the kids love it.

went 10 minutes before close to get one thing that I knew they had, and they had already cashed out the drawer and would not accommodate me. I told them I lived far and they did not care.

Great selection of stuffed animals to choose from. You get to put scents and personalized sounds inside :) tons of accessories to select too Truly a special experience for the kiddos
