Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I brought my Sprinter van to them in October to have some repairs done that were covered by insurance. I didn’t get the van back until March and when I did the repairs still were not done. A matter of fact they took out my electric door motor, made it a manual close and the door would not stay locked open or close and they didn’t do half the work that they were paid to do. I left it again for another week or two and when I picked it up you had to literally slam the door to get it to close. After about another week it popped out and again I had to bring it back. After about 3-4 times the owner Joe told me that he can’t fix it and I had to take it to a body shop. He basically billed my insurance for about $7,000 and did absolutely nothing to fix the problem. On top of that he was a complete jerk. It seemed that after he was paid he didn’t give a crap. I took it to Ground Zero body shop and they fixed it in less than 20 Mounties and charged me $170. Alliance is a complete scam.

I got referred by another shop to bring my car here, I will never bring my car here again they destroyed my car left it in pieces!!! they didnt take care of my car at all I got half of my key fob back all buttons were missing, I asked to have my sun shade put on my car since I have a leather dash wasn't done they had my hood latched with parts under it and my hood was bent because of it!!!! if you care about your high end cars stay away from them.
