I really enjoyed my time at Eleanor recently bc I am not a big shopper and I get self conscious. I would rather have someone with styling experience help me curate my outfits and this shop was so great for that. Someone mentioned they had new ownership so I stopped in and the ladies were so kind and helpful. I feel like there are timeless staple pieces with some nice fashion items so theres a good selection to choose from. The jewelery is so gorgeous as well. And then even have small batch designed glasses that are super chic. All in all, a great gem over in Downtown Louisville.

Impeccably curated shop. I am 6ft tall, so finding high quality staple pieces that fit appropriately is always an issue for me. Chelsea, the new owner, has nailed my style and goes out of her way to find items that work for my build. My husband also loves Eleanor as he always walks away with a gift that I love!

Beautiful boutique! Worth the drive wherever you live. Beautiful clothes, I have some high quality staples from here that I will have for a long time. The staff and owner of the store, Chelsea, were so friendly and helpful. We need more stores like this. Support local stores!

One of the best women’s clothing stores around! I can always find something I love- from a cute casual top to a luxe sweater to amazing jeans. They’re great at helping you find just what you’re looking for and no pressure, just great service!

A beautiful boutique with awesome people. I've shopped there over the years since Tracy first opened the smaller store around the corner. I am a Louisville local, transplanted from California, and I have to say I sincerely appreciate their curated, fun, beautifully fitting clothing and accessories. There is a wide price range and always new, exciting arrivals. Highly recommend!

As a women's boutique manager myself I'm always excited to experience the magic of other locally owned business. There were three women working when I walked in. One said hello and then all three of them ignored me the entire time I was in. No one even asked as much as how my day is going. They continued to have a conversation bashing the name their WHITE "friend" just named their child. I don't support humans with that energy. I will never be back. They could have had a decent sale with me but instead decided I wasn't worth their time.

What a wonderful find this little shop is. Eleanor & Hobbs is a lovely spot in Louisville, CO, tucked away in the historic town center on a side street that runs into the farmer's market in summer and an ice skating rink in winter. The staff is knowledgeable and ready to assist with a smile, and they carry fantastic, cutting-edge brands such as The Great, Adina Reyter, Gigi Clozeau, and A.L.C. as well as the classics we all love including Jerome Dreyfus and Citizens of Humanity. Their denim selection is thorough offering Moussy, Mother, and AMO among others. Eleanor & Hobbs also offers a great gift selection for those special people in your life. I always leave this boutique with a smile on my face and something special in my bag.

Eleanor and Hobbs is a special place to shop. The clothes are stunning and the ladies are always so helpful. I live in PA but when visiting my daughter this is the first place we go to. When I am home I order online. So easy and so dependable!

I am so glad this store exists, especially to have it locally. I have purchased some of my most favorite pieces from Eleanor over a period of many years. The staff is friendly and I find something super cute every time I walk in the door. I am happy to give them my business!!

I wrote a review an hour earlier saying the staff has been consistently unfriendly & condescending, to which I received a reply from the owner that was unfriendly and condescending, calling out my lack of purchases at the store over the past year.I have been a resident of Louisville since 2000, and have been going into Eleanor & Hobbs for years. I stopped in last week to try on a few dresses for a wedding I have coming up (all of mine burned down in the Marshall fires), and the employee was exceptionally rude, so I ended up not purchasing a $500 dress from the store (although I did purchase the same dress online from a different retailer).My lack of purchases (which the owner called out publicly in her response to my review) is not for lack of visiting the store, but rather because I am uncomfortable every time I am there. Through the years, this has been the experience not just for me, but my family and friends. This was not a one-off day for one employee, but rather the culture of the store. After being treated even worse in the Google reviews by the owner, I won't be back ever again. I could not recommend this store less.
