The worst experience I've ever had at a store. The employees were complete jerks and when restocking would have walked right into you to go restock. Then when in the checkout line there was one guy operating a lane and he was incredibly rude. What has customer service come to these days, something needs to be done.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Lilli and Brenda in the automotive department for doing an oil change as quickly and efficiently as possible so that I wouldn’t have to wait around with my baby for long. I can’t express how grateful I was for that. They made what I thought would be stressful morning, very easy. They both were super friendly. I appreciate you both!

Just wanted to give a shout out to Tessie who was working in the fitting rooms on July 16th! She went above and beyond to help make my daughters shark birthday extra special! These tiny little bits of customer service are so hard to find these days, but on this day, we're were graced with a gem! Thank you Tessie!

Attempted to update pickup order, from 12:03 pm to 12:30 pm! Operator nor pickup department answered phone! Were it possible to give NO STARS, I would.

This is a very good store I go to it at least 3 times a week excellent customer service and lots of good products polite people and everything you would expect from a great store

Horrible experience I have ever had. As I am writing this I am still in my car 1.5 hours waiting for my drive up order that I was notified was ready for pickup. Was told they are short staff ect, but then when they finally come out they start loading people's cars that just arrived, while I still wait.An employee came up to me asking am I Felicia, I said no but been waiting over an hour. Now it is just 3 more cars and me...all the cars that have come before me got their stuff first and I am still waiting. There is no system in place it seems to see who has been waiting to get them loaded first. So here I am still sitting in my car in the cold, waiting.
