Hand written sign says lunch from 130-2pm. At 2pm more than 24hr after sending my prescription in, it was still not ready. I was told wait 10min we will call your name over the PA and you can get back in line. Well..We'll... the line was quite long by this time as you can imagine lots of people had been waiting for the 130-2 pm lunch break. Highly disappointed

Has to be the worst ran walgreens, not only was the drive through 40 minutes but when I got to the window they said that drive through is closed. And then I walked in and they're at a 1h wait. Just for then they didn't even have most of what everyone needed

August 3rd @ 12:05pm. Thank you to the pharmacist that stepped in when Matt had no idea what to do or even tried to do anything about the situation. Matt didn't bother to ask another employee or the other Matt who said to go by, about the issue. My client called in about a prescription and was told to go by and they will fill it up. He should try to be a little more helpful with these kind of situations. Ask questions before sending away a customer.

The Pharmacy was very busy. Pharmacy technicians are excellent. Very efficient and nice. Management needs to pay them more and hire staff. Store was very clean.

Was in earlier and it started to get busy. Lady st the register notified her manager a couple of times for assistance. Which the store manager snapped at her for. Sabrina is the manager. Then see the store manager casual walking to an aisle, take a seat, and begin stocking shelves. Feel sorry cause you could see the frustration in the lady's face at the register. She was stressed already. Sabrina, the store manager, never came to help and just sat there without a care in the world and stocked....

At 3:10pm i had Worse customer service i ever had i asked couple questions yet they were responded in a very rude way and the next thing is i was near the the photo counter looking at chargers for a phone n i asked if you have anymore on a certain one n they never checked if they had anything in back and also I'm like ok then asked i could get this one but she walked away waited 15 mins for someone n missed my buss it was a quick stop in i absolutely do Not like being treated this way i gave this 1 star.

Not enforcing mask mandate - for a pharmacy to not enforce this law while there are elderly/sick people in the vicinity is irresponsible. When I asked if there were masks available at the front door, I was told they do not give them out. Unsafe to patronize, will be changing my pharmacy.

The pharmacy employees Matt and Mark were extremely unprofessional, unknowledgeable, and rude. Wal Greens must be desperate for staff to employee these two. They don’t even seem qualified to work the register at a fast food restaurant.
