I'm really impressed with an employee. IAN, was great, he was so nice and patient. He is such a hard worker. I went in to print some pictures, he was there by himself helping everyone out with their pictures FedEx packages and also checking people out in the front too. They were so under staff, but Ian still manage to be very polite and friendly eventhough he was clearly overworked. He deserves a raise. I really hope his boss sees this review. Employers need to value people like him that are dependable and kind. Good job Ian.

Airabella was very helpful with a transaction to deposit cash to my debit card which I had never done before. She went out of her way to help me, thanks!

Best people work here! I had to print out like 250 pictures, and they ran out of ink. And they were so kind and patient with me. I had to get my picture the day of, and they had to finished as much as they could, and were able to give me what I needed even it was a lot.
I really appreciate their kindness and it helped me big time for my deadline I needed for my photos, great work guys!!!!

Everything I TRY to get my rx filled it's utter nonsense. They say it's ready Ind when I arrive it's not.they say it will be a few days and nothing They finally get it in. Send me a notice that they'll hold it for 5 days and 1 day later. Cancel it, good job. I'll be moving all my prescriptions to safeway as apparently your company is incompetent. The owner-operator or general manager, as well as the c eo and any profit participants. In this company should Be exiled out of this country as they are obviously more concerned about the profits that they will make than staffing doing things correctly or offering a good customer experience. Truly the people I mentioned before are utter human garbage

Always a good experience. The people are helpful and the pharmacists are great. Shout out to Andrea....always wonderful to interact with her while getting vaccinations.

I had an issue with the lady she's a light skin lady, I was seeing the hand creams and i got one the lady came up to me and said those aren't testers when I was simply touching my finger. she leaves the register just to hit her vape when she has people waiting in her most definitely the worst customer service everyone but her always treats me and my family so nice how sad

Let's just say YIKES... the 2 star rating is even a little giving at this point. They are a revolving door of people there and somehow, each employee is more rude and condescending than the last... the managers must be setting everyone up for failure instead of success when they don't train the basics such as how Walgreens, like every other competitor, states online that they will match any item in store with the Walgreens regular price online. Somehow, despite showing Walgreens website supporting this, they refused to read and met me with attitude. Can't wait till this location closes down, transferring my several RXs a month to walmart pharmacy now :)

I absolutely hate! And I mean hate! Dealing with the pharmacy here. People are always rude and the line times take forever. I’m definitely taking my business else where because this place just ruins my day. I suggest people to take their pharmaceutical needs else where because you’re not appreciated here. If I could, I’d give no stars

I use the pharmacy here for my prescriptions. Been coming for a few months with no issues, no long wait times and decent service. However when I came to get my prescription yesterday, the person working the pharmacy was extremely rude and unhelpful. She said that my prescription was not ready. I asked her when it would be ready and she refused to give any more information and was very snarky to me. I call the same walgreens the following day when someone else is working and she resolved my issue in less than 1 minute over the phone…

I've been purchasing tracphone cards there every month for four years. I've used a debit card everytime. That's 48 phone cards I've bought with a debit card from this location. Went in today and two new clerks, whom, I've never seen said it was cash only. They clearly had no idea what they were talking about since I've been shopping there for four years. Customers should never be inconvenienced especially due to ignorance. Then they wanted to be rude, and talk over me on top of it all.
