If there was no stars I would pick none. Took my truck of 18years to do timing belt service. I could have go to anygarage but I picked the professionals. They totally failed, they upsell me a water pump that was working fine but they could not upsell me the updated version of a crankshaft bolt that is out there. My crankshaft bolt was the original and it broke within a year. First they said they will take it under warranty and I took the truck back to them. Right away they said we did not replace that bolt so there is no warranty. That is the whole point, they could have tell me to replace it 15.00 more dollars, no problem. They decided to use the same one. I was working on extracting that bolt and I purchased an extra one. Now I decided to return that extra bolt and they don't want to take it because it was special order. I don't see much of special order because a few Mitsubishi's engines use that bolt. Will call the district manager and see what he has to say in this regard. Needless to say I will never use their services again or recommend them to anybody.
