Devlyn in the hair salon is truly a master stylist! In preparation for a job interview, I came to her needing a fresh hairstyle and some makeup tips. I ended up with a fantastic new look that was easy also easy to maintain! Simply put, she was AWESOME, and I would recommend her highly! Thanks Devlyn!

The store has nice employees. They are super friendly and helped right away when I looked lost.
It's sad that they have to push and sell credit cards to customers based on the store quota. I almost feel bad shopping there because of this.
The Manger Nicole extremely mean and literally almost ruined my visit completely, but the girls that work so hard to make Nicole happy and help the customers leave satisfied are the saving grace of the store.

If you come in here once in a blue moon and do not want an account you shouldn’t be shamed for it. I told the cashier multiple times I didn’t have a phone number/account and didn’t want one and I was told I was making her job harder because of this. Will not be going back.

When I first came in I stopped to look at the Bella Hadid perfume and decided to get one. With it in hand, I walked over to the full perfume section, well within the confines of the store, and the alarm went off (which is fine—I know the employees cannot control that) but one worker came over and just took the perfume out of my hand wordlessly and walked away to put it behind the counter. It wasn’t until a few minutes later when she came back to even acknowledge me and say she left it there for me. It made me feel very unwelcome and hostile, which isn’t great if you’re wanting me to drop 70 bucks in your store. Other employees were also slightly condescending and overall it felt very unwelcoming.

A male stopped in to get his wife a gift for her birthday. They never judged me for being in there. I made a joke about my wrinkles. And she brought me over to look at wrinkle cream. Just bought the perfume for my wife. But great customer service.

The cashier was tweaking crazy style. I said no to rewards like 7 times and she wouldn't let me buy my thing until I gave her all my info. Bro must be a Jittleyang. and you do NOT wanna be a Jittleyang!

One, this location never answers the phone!
Two, just because I come in the store wearing sweats and a hoodie doesn't mean 2-3 employees need to follow me around the store the entire time I'm there. IM NOT STEALING!!!!!!!

I needed a lot of help figuring out what the best products for my skin were and Letty was awesome! She listened to what my needs were and knew just what to try on my skin. I so appreciate her patience and joyful attitude. I ended up with a cart full of new products that I love!

Coming out of the holidays there we’re slammed, but what the didn’t have in stock they offered online orders delivered to my door and when they were booked up at the salon they made a great recommendation for the Boulder salon which worked our great! Tiya was very knowledgeable and helpful, She taught me a bunch of stuff. Though, I walked out with more than when I “needed” I’m happy with all the products I was shown and got. Terrible service. I stood in line for over 15 minutes. When it was my turn to check out, the manager allowed an employee to cut in front of me to check out. This took another 10 minutes while they continued to talk. It’s a nice store but the common sense and customer service is very foreign in this store.

Tia was incredible. Not just because she was knowledgeable on what I was searching for but because of her kindness and compassion towards my special needs daughter who was with me. I’m leaving three stars for the rest of the staff. Maybe some sensitivity is needed, I know diversity training is something yall do but I guess the disabled isn’t included? Maybe if my daughter was a member of the LGBTQ community or a different rac, whispering and acting as if she is somehow a blight on society doesn’t make you superior and while she may not notice your gross behavior, I DAMN SURE DO. Enjoy the $100 I still spent though. It’ll be the last time. Maybe Sephora has nicer employees.
