Just got my second car from Robert Lysek at Stevinson Hyundai on Saturday. He pointed me to the perfect car. Sold my Tucson hybrid, although I loved it, to lease the 2024 Ioniq 5 EV. Robert explained all the benefits of the car and of leasing. Love the new dealership. Beautiful showroom. Robert was wearing the very cool Stevinson polo shirt but the coolest accessories were his shoes!
I highly recommend the Stevinson Hyundai dealership in Longmont. Buying my new car there was a smooth process from start to finish. Unlike the other nearby Hyundai dealerships, at Stevinson in Longmont I was not charged an extra $5,000 “dealer mark-up” fee. Best of all, I love my new car.

Our sales rep, Chris, was great to work with. Happy to arrange test drives of multiple vehicles and vehicle trims, prompt to answer questions, and worked with Sales and Finance teams to match a competitive offer from another dealership.

While looking for a new Hyundai Tucson at Stevinson Hyundai in Frederick, CO, I met Chris Branham. He greeted me as soon as I walked into the showroom. We talked a few minutes about what I was looking for, and I decided to work with Chris on the potential purchase. He let me know that he had only recently joined Stevinson, but due to his friendliness and enthusiasm I was not concerned. He proved me right by answering, or getting answers to all my questions. Chris paid attention to detail while working with me, but also helped expedite the process and I appreciated that. After test driving and looking at several Tucsons, we were able to arrive at a purchase agreement. Chris was friendly and professional throughout the process, and I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a Hyundai.

I leased my Ioniq 5 from Chris at Stevinson Hyundai and my experience was everything I could have hoped for and more!
After working with a couple of other dealerships in the Denver metro area and getting poor experiences (one salesperson from Planet Hyundai in Golden literally told me I was wasting their time by just trying to get pricing for the car; another dealership couldn't make the time for me on the last day of their promotion), I reached out to Stevinson to see if they would be able to match the quote from the dealer that couldn't make time for me. Chris reached out and told me they could match it!
My wife and I traveled 45 minutes to them on the last day at their old location, but the exact models we wanted to see were already moved to their new location. Chris was very apologetic, but we were not bothered. We were so satisfied with the customer service Chris provided that we were happy to set up an appointment the next week to drive 45 minutes again to do business with them.
Chris was very knowledgeable about the car and his hospitality during our first major car purchase was incredible. He's followed up with us to make sure we are happy with everything which is super appreciated.
I would highly recommend anyone looking into getting a new car to work with Stevinson Hyundai. You won't be disappointed!

Very happy with my experience with Tanner and got the exact car I was looking for. They were very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions for the different options for an EV. They were not pushy and got us a good deal on our trade-in. Would recommend to anyone looking for a car.

For Longmont- I think they closed this location / moved for Frederick.
I did not have a good experience with Cadence and Ana in June 2024. They were extremely rude towards me and disrespectful of my time. Do not give them your business. Also, the entire building stinks of cigarettes. Not a place you want to be sitting around. Hopefully the new location doesn't smell.
I had to take a bus, rent a car, and travel 5 hours to get there since my 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan passed away. When I gave them an offer they took 3 hours to get back to me. While I was waiting for their response I was egged on for 15 minutes at a time for 3 hours "I'll call you back in 15 minutes, we're just swamped." they said. I could see other available agents waiting for customers to come in, so their offices weren't completely full. I had to leave the dealership to get the rental car home in time (a 3 hr drive from Longmont). After being breadcrumbed along for so much time, I was livid that they made me wait so long only to refuse any negotiation, so I declined the "offer" which wasn't even an offer and was actually more expensive than the price listed online, and walked out. I cried in the car out of frustration, anger, and disappointment when I got back to the car, knowing that I'd have a 3+ hour drive back home after suffering through all of that. Cadence, who took 3 hours to get back to me only to say "no", then continued to disrespect my decision, and came out and knocked on the window to inform me that they were closing in 5 minutes and ask if I was going to take the original offer or not, to apply pressure or something, I don't know. I rolled up the window on him, so angry that after I'd already declined his offer he would violate me like that. He persisted to text me on my drive home and say that he spoke to his manager and will generously hold the "offer" until the morning since I've clearly "had a long day" (no thanks to you, Cadence).
Then someone else, Tanner, messaged me the next day and gave me my original offer. He was much more respectful, understanding, and helpful throughout the process. It was nice to have the offer accepted, however, to purchase the car I had to rent a car AGAIN ($160), drive 3 more hours there and 3 more hours back home, etc. If they were going to take my original offer anyway, why put me through the trauma of negotiation with an incompetent salesperson, and all of that drive time ($300 and 12 hrs of driving in 2 days)? Regardless of the insanity that had previously occurred with Cadence, Tanner was great.
The dealership also could not provide me with an inspection of the vehicle.
After purchase, my title was mailed to the wrong address despite my follow-ups to ensure the title was mailed to my PO Box, NOT my street address. It was then returned to the sender, so they had to overnight FedEx it after that. And when I FINALLY got the title, my name on the mailing envelope was misspelled. I'm lucky the Title ever made it to me. Then when I brought it to the dealership it had information missing, namely the vehicle weight, which caused additional problems. When I called to inquire about the title I was told "The sticky note with your address must have gotten lost." Get a better system. For a $40,000 car I expect the bare minimum, the Title sent to the correct address, and with my name spelled correctly.
If you absolutely must purchase a vehicle here don't waste your time with other salespeople, do it with Tanner, also call Chris the Finance department every day until you receive your documents to make sure they're on top of things sending important documents to the correct address, and with the correct name on it.

Amazing experience with Stevenson Hyundai! Thank you to everyone involved starting with my Sales rep, Robert, and also cannot forget Vaughn for the assistance with my trade in, and Chris for all his hard work in finance. They all did everything in their power to ensure that I had the best deal possible, and I couldn’t have walked away happier. I will certainly recommend to anybody I know that’s looking for a car! Also, Robert has fantastic shoes haha!!!

I came in today to test drive a vehicle and was upfront that I was testing several and would not be buying today. Robert Lysek was the salesman that worked with us and he was INCREDIBLE! Even knowing I was not purchasing today he took the time to really talk to me and educate me on all options. He never made me feel like an inconvenience or tried to rush through our time together. I walked out with way more information than I came in with and felt more prepared to make such a big purchase!

Cadence from Stevinson Hyundai was very helpful and informative. We leased our first electric vehicle and Cadence was very knowledgeable in the process and in EVs in general because he owns a couple himself. Thanks for getting us into our first EV!
