“The associate was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. He did the appropriate amount of upsell and was not disheartened when I did not accept. I have benn wearing the same style of Redwing boots for well over a decade. He suggested a different boot with slightly less higher angle support which is lighter than the ones I wore. I bought the ones he suggested and am very happy with my decision. Great experience!”

Unfortunately, the 3 past time I came to buy the sales assistant same one everytime....was not professional, limit unfriendly or should I say rude... second time I got patient and got one pair out of 3 I wanted for lack of advice...
