“Our experience at the birthing center exceeded expectations in every way. The atmosphere was quiet, clean, and welcoming. We were there for four nights, which did not feel like a big deal because our room was fully equipped and comfortable. Each room is set up so that you can stay in one location from admission until discharge. It was great having a birthing tub in-suite. The care was professional and attentive. They handled my complex medical acuity with full capability, ease and grace. I had a great epidural placed by Spencer. I was able to feel my body and could stand and reposition ad lib, but did not feel any pain whatsoever. We have no idea why anyone would go anywhere else to deliver their baby!”

“While in line over the holiday weekend, I overheard the pharmacist on the phone with an irate customer. Based on the conversation I inferred that the customer was very upset that their prescription was too expensive (~$120) for their friend/family member to pick up for them. The pharmacist searched for coupons to decrease the cost for the customer and calmly explained that the delivery service only operates on the weekdays. The pharmacist then explained that he would be off at 6 and would personally deliver it to the customer to ensure they received their prescription on time. Being a healthcare worker myself, I can tell you this is the pinnacle of customer service and a rarity it todays world. To the pharmacist, your good deed does not go unnoticed! 10/10 recommend.”

“This pharmacy is awesome. Staff really cares and does their best to get prescriptions done as fast as they can and very accurate. I've been going here for 6 plus years and won't change. If your Dr makes a mistake on your prescription, they will find it and get it corrected. Just from my own experience. To me, that says a lot about the pharmacist. People make mistakes. We are human, but grateful, there is someone who checks and corrects.”

“I just moved to Longmont from Florida and needed to transfer my prescriptions to my new location. I called to do so, and the first tech I spoke with was very abrupt, telling me if I didn’t have my RX number then she couldn’t help me until I had that number. So I went and searched for this number, then called back.When I called again, I got pharmacy tech Margo on the phone, and her customer service was night and day to whoever I spoke to first. She didn’t ask me for the RX number at all; she said, ask me some basic questions about my date of birth, etc, and then begin the transfer process. She got all the information from my old pharmacy, asked me what prescriptions I wanted to transfer over. I had the RX number ready now, but she just asked me for the name of it the medicine. It appears it would be easy for her to request this prescription with the other information that I gave her. I’m not sure what the problem was with the first technician, but clearly she didn’t want to provide service. I’m very thankful to how helpful, detailed, and kind Margo was, and I’ll be asking for her any time I’m there and need assistance.”

“This review is for Crystal at the Walgreens on 1770 Hover.I called to have a couple of prescriptions filled and first girl told me I had to get Doc to resend. Wrong. My Doc called in 3 months of my controlled meds. This girl must be new because she kept disagreeing with me. I've had all of meds filled here for several years.I finally spoke with Crystal and she understood how these work, no problems. She took care of my refills while being kind, friendly, and patient. Crystal is awesome!! She's been with Walgreens for 20 years and very knowledgeable. I'm so grateful to her. So many new people who aren't fully knowledgeable. Thank God for Crystal!!!”
