**** BEWARE ****\nThey do not do quality work. They put severely bent wheels on my car causing me risk of injury and chewed through tires that were put on 19k miles ago (80k tire) and now the tire shop shop they look like they have 60k miles on them and wont honor the warranty because the bent wheels.\nThe paint job doesn't match.\nthe do markups well over 80%\nThey sold me a bent wheel for $600\nThey used used parts when specificity instructed NOT to.\nThey do not have accurate book keeping.\nThey said they did an alignment. Ken has been doing this for 35 years and he can do anything to any car. His word is his bond....when u pick up your car, he will do whatever it takes to make u happy

Last June I backed into a wall and caused some damage to the passenger side rear end of my 4 Runner. I got a quote from Ken that seemed quite fair. He had my car for one day and when I went to pick it up the charge was half of what he had quoted. I asked Ken why and he stated that it didn't take him as long as he thought. Who does that now days? Ken does that's who. The repair is excellent and at a great price. Thanks Ken.

I had the same experience as Jeramiah Johnson... Called for rough estimate for just a paint job on my truck and he said 5 to 10 THOUSAND... The guy is off his rocker. Very unprofessional on the phone. He said you can take to Maaco for 600. Uh, yah I will do that. Obviously didn't care or want my business.

I took my hood , fender and front bumper cover to be painted and he quoted one price then said nearly $300 more. So we settled on a price still above the quote. He painted the parts but it looks like there are dirt specks all over the parts and runs and thin paint. He said would repaint and had another full week picked up parts and all that was done was he buffed the parts so all the things that were wrong are still there. $1000 for some messded up paint is crazy. Would not recommend.

Do not go here! I took my Jeep here and two months later The work is not done and all it needed was a new hood and some fender flairs, the hood was discolored when I came to pick it up the first time- it was 8 weeks late at this point, and the fender flairs had been attached with tech screws that were just run into the quarter panel. Total hack job. When I pointed it out he started making excuses and started lying. Two weeks later still no jeep, I have called him repeatedly . I have been patient, kind and even prepaid him in on the job . Seems like a nice family body shop, until after you drop of you vehicle. If you want your car fixed correctly or you want it done in a reasonable amount of time do not go here!
