The hours of operation are wrong they say they open at 8am but clearly they don’t . They have people inside but no single soul to be seen .

Previously gave this business 5 stars, so when I was taking my 6 year old home from school and she all of a sudden needed a restroom, like yesterday, I headed straight over. There was a no public restrooms sign on door but I thought for sure they'd make an exception for a 6 year old just about to pee her pants. Nope, the lady was completely intransigent and not understanding at all. Never going back.

It is illegal for a retail company to cliam they do not have public restrooms in Colorado. The Dollar General does have public restrooms, but they keep them locked, and do not make them available to the public. Shady.

Today they get two stars. People kept driving up and going to the doors….which were locked. I looked all over for a sign that said they were closed but there was none. And it would have been really nice if the lady working in there (that walked past the door) would have said something.

I didn’t catch his name but the gentleman working at the register today around 6:15 pm was probably the nicest person I have interacted with in a retail setting in a very long time. He was not only nice to me, making conversation but also greeted every customer walking in. He was so nice and polite. It was super refreshing to have such a kind and genuine interaction.

They are understaffed as most retail stores are. Nature of the Beast I guess. I have never had a bad experience with an Associate there. I was sad to hear that January was no longer there. I thought that she was a real asset to the store.

They seem to close whenever they want to. The sign says they close at 9 pm and at 8:40 pm they said they were closed. Terrible.customer service and unreliable!

Don't let the name fool you. It should be DollarS General, as in plural. By no means should this be confused with Dollar Tree or Dollar Store - you will find better deals at Walgreens on just about anything they sell here, and this place is an absolute cluttered dive..
