They need to update Google more frequently regarding their correct store hours. Saturday the Store is open until 6pm and the Gas only is open until 7pm. Sams is so much more low key at the entry point and Sam's Scan & Go option is great. It would be really helpful is Costco had a pick up option as well.

We had a great time, but only after getting through the membership security. We do not have a membership. We did however receive a gift card (aka SHOP card) as a Christmas gift and wanted to go see what was around. However it seemed like no one quite understood that we are allowed to use our gift card without a membership.
Anyway, once that was sorted out, shopping was fun and we had a blast finding stuff to try.

Really the worst customer service ever at a costco. One thing after another. They harassed me about an ID while I waited 15 minutes or longer to make a small purchase of champagne and wine. Kept asking me over and over in line. Asked me if I wanted a box and I said yes. They gave me an oversized box that wouldn't work. Then, then started scanning stuff from someone else. When I pointed that out they just snapped at me and said it's been a long night. Then, the lady took away my box and said I get no box. I said thanks for the box. I told the lady at the door what happened and she made fun of me and laughed. There was like 8 voids on my receipt. They need to quit hiring elderly people to do these jobs. All these old ladies are doing the job of a teenager (cashier) and they have awful attitudes. Why? Their age doesn't fit the job. When you put elderly old women in this job for a young person they snap and lose it. They can't handle doing this job. They need new workers at this location. They are clearly just hiring old people because they will take low wages. These people are rude and crude.

Love going here. Everyone is always super friendly and helpful.
There are lots of bad reviews for this Costco but I have only had good experiences.

This Costco is so amazing. Everything is easy to find. During the work week, there are way fewer customers clogging the aisles.
Other than having to go to the very back corner to get dog food, this is our go-to Costco location.

My boss who has a Costco Membership order pizzas for our organization. Get to the door and the woman says that I cannot pick them up because I don't have a card. We have been doing this for months. Wouldn't even let me do it this time and next time have a card. Terrible attitude and terrible experience. Switching to Sam's club
