Blue Mountain did an exceptional job taking care of my mom after she passed. Crystal was extremely helpful, and was kind enough to orchestrate a special request for us which made all the difference on our end. The Blue Mountain team went over and above expectations in accommodating our needs, in a time when every kindness really mattered. We could not have been happier with their service, and we recommend them highly!

Blue Mountain Cremation has been fantastic. We used them last November when my Dad passed and again in July when my Mom passed , they handled everything with the utmost care, respect, and professionalism.

I have worked with many different funeral homes and have had the unfortunate job of being the facilitator for making arrangments in the the death of parents, in-laws, and friends. When my Aunt died three years ago, my cousin shared her positive experience with Blue Mountain. Last November, my mother n law died and we used Blue Mountain.i was beyond impressed. I then was asked by a family member with very few resources to maks arrangements for their Mom. No questions asked, Blue Mountain was there. Everything was remote and so easy. There was no sales pitch, no pushing unessary services, and Crystal and her team were so kind. A cremation does not have to cost thousands of dollars! We we were able to save money and plan a beautiful service and provide more monetary resources for our family. The services provided by Blue Mountain were exactly the same as both of my parents for half the price. in fact. Even better. We will never use anyone but Blue Mountain for our family's finala arrangements.

The sudden and tragic passing of my mom left me feeling incredibly sad and heartbroken. It was very difficult to even think about making a phone call to start making her arrangements. I was scared to call a mortuary as it was something I never had to do before. But, from the first call to Blue Mountiain Mortuary and Cremation Service, I was comforted by the kind and caring service I received. Both Crystal and Haley were very professional and respectful in all of their communication. I felt they truly cared about me and how I was doing throughout the process. As well as making sure my mom was well and respectfully cared for. I cannot thank them enough for helping me navigate through such a difficult time.

From initial phone call to receiving our loved one's ashes, everything went very smoothly. I have never had to do anything like this previously and didn't know what to expect, and now that everything is completed, I can emphatically say I'm glad I chose Blue Mountain.
