I had the best experience ever buying a laptop from this location. I’m not tech savvy and very seldom upgrade my technology. But I’m a teacher and my personal laptop of 8 years desperately needed upgraded. I can’t remember the laptop associate’s name but he was in his early 20s and told me he was a psychology major in college. He was so funny, super helpful and kind. We had a great conversation and he recommended a laptop that not only was better suited for my needs but also more cost effective than I was expecting. He answered my questions patiently and thoroughly and explained them in ways even a technologically challenged person like me could understand. Someone give this guy a raise! He is seriously the most helpful sales associate I’ve encountered anywhere in several years. He got me in and out of there in 15 minutes while still taking the time to make sure my new technology was a perfect fit.

Shop here for electronics for ourselves and gifts for the grandkids. A great selection and we can always find what they want. I recently bought an indoor TV antenna (for $38) and I get 61+ channels. Goodbye cable! Thanks Best Buy!

I've bought two tvs on different occasions from here. Both times the TV screens were cracked and damaged when I plugged them in, had to go back and get them replaced.

I had a great experience with both Ozzy and Chris.
I'm not too tech savvy and needed some help understanding how technical aspects of ny computer and tablet.
Both of them were very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure all my questions were answered.

I've been to this best buy many times. The associates are usually helpful, but it seems training issues are a problem, not to mention some changes that have been made, as to who does what. For some reason the mobile phone folks no longer handle screen protectors under warranty (perhaps for all screen protectors). You need to work with the geek squad. Guess where they go to get the screen protector, from the mobile phone section. Not the biggest deal, but makes no sense to me.
The worst was dealing with a geek squad manager, and someone from tech support by phone. They had me driving back to the store twice for no reason, as they didn't know what they were doing and arguing with each other. Unprofessional and not how you should be handling customer issues. Luckily, an associate that had previously worked in the concerned department got me taken care of.
It could be worse, but could be doing better. I will keep going back, though.

Exactly what you expect from a best buy. Standard stock and staff. Very clean store. Lots of gadgets and appliances to peruse. Best buy is moving away from physical media, so you're less likely to find records, movies, compacts discs, and video games now, which sucks, but this is the age of streaming. Overall a pretty good store. I bought my GoPro hero and I still use it regularly!

Avoid this location at all costs. Ordered an open box item supposedly in "Excellent" condition which is supposed to contain all original parts and accessories. Asked them 3 times when picking it up if the accessories are with the TV (remote, power cord and stand) they said yes. I drive home, open the wrapping and sure enough, no remote, power cord or stand. Also, turns out this was the Floor Model. How can a TV floor model ever be considered in "Excellent" condition.
Deceitful and untrustworthy Best Buy location. Will never return here.

Good God nothing but obviously bored employees.... I was trying to think but couldn't because I was being bombarded by employees asking if I needed help. I ended up just leaving JUST WOW! It's was beyond annoying after the 10th time being asked. This doesn't happen in Loveland I appreciate the ability to look without being bombarded with can I help you or do you need help 18 times in 10 minutes. Made me feel very uncomfortable
