2 liquid eyeliners I got here were dry. First one was unusable so I exchanged it and the new one only lasted like 5 uses before it started to dry up and be difficult to use. I use the same Makeup Forever felt tip liquid eyeliner and this was the only time I had problems with it.

There wasn’t a single employee in the entire store and no one at the register. Waited in line for 10 minutes like a fool waiting for someone to ring me up. No one ever came so I ditched my items and left.

Had an item my wife and I attempted to return at this location (sephora) but they did a lookup and couldn't find it. We went home and couldn't find our receipt until yesterday and now it's past the 60 days. The lady told me there's nothing she could do for me. She never made any attempt to do a non receipt return, didn't try and fix the situation at all. Very poor customer service skills, very poor return process. I figured maybe I could get a merchandise credit or something, but apparently that's not an option. Not too happy with this location.

Customer service was way too pushy. I wasn’t even able to speak to my friend about any of the products without a sales person joining in on our conversation. I thanked the sales representatives and let them know I would seek their assistance if needed, but every minute or so another representative was asking me if I needed help. I could understand if there were more than 2 sales associates, but there were only 2. Being continuously “serviced” by the only two representatives was annoying and frustrating. I was asked if I was a Sephora insider 5 times by the same sales representative. The other employee followed me and if I looked at a product, they would grab the nearest product to me (not one I was looking at) and try to show me how it worked. I had several product demonstrations when I was trying to help my friend find a Christmas gift. The demonstrations were for products I wasn’t even shopping for. I found the products I came in looking for, bought them and left. Honestly I would have purchased more if I had a moment to browse without an employee following me around.Love the store, but I will go to the mall from now on.

Today my dad, step mom and I went to kohls in lone tree. We had a cashier that wasn’t the greatest. Her name was Susie. First she was mad that my step moms phone was on the counter, when my dads was also on the counter. She was then staring at the screen of the register and not answering when we were asking questions. Then my dad waved his hand and asked if she was there. She then started slamming our items on the counter. We were not impressed at all.
