I recently had a blood draw at Quest Diagnostics, and I must say, it was a smooth and pleasant experience after pre-booking my appointment. Darcey was the phlebotomist who attended to me, and she was both pleasant and professional. She made me feel comfortable throughout the process, and her expertise was evident in how smoothly everything went. The facility was clean, the staff was friendly, and I would definitely recommend Quest Diagnostics for anyone in need of lab services.

I’ve been going to this location for years (and to their first location prior) and have never had any major issues. The staff is always nice and courteous, I’m pretty sure they know me by name because I’m there so often. I have tiny veins and they are always conscientious of that. I usually get my results back quickly within a day or two, even before my doctor does. I always make an appointment (which I recommend doing and it’s really easy) and most of the time I get in right away, but every once and awhile someone is already back there getting their blood drawn and I’ll have to wait- but it’s never been more than 10 minutes. My only complaint is the tiny waiting room, I have a compromised immune system and don’t really like it when it’s full of people, but there is always the option to wait outside and they text you when they’re ready.

Far superior to any LabCorp in the area. Staff is professional and kind. Wait time was minimal. Expert phlebotomists. Highly recommend.

Fast efficient and thorough. The Team at this Quest know how to get the job done. Oh did I mention painless, I was there for a blood test and it felt bad if they never drew any.

Sofiane provided great, professional and kind service! I usually get woozy when getting blood drawn and gave him a heads up but he was able to distract me with some friendly talk and I couldn’t believe it was over in a flash without having felt a thing on my arm. What a kind soul and great professional!

Their phone system needs to be improved as well as the customer service. I called up multiple times 4 to be exact and was disconnected… it has been about 3 weeks and all I need to do is complete blood work. After visiting one of their facilities I was told they are unable to verify the diagnosis codes for insurance purposes. This is simply a joke at this point since my Doctor actually sent them over to them. My advice to anyone needing to get blood work done… go somewhere else.

Darcy was great, but my big problem is with the procedural operations of Quest. I tried to call for an appointment, but wound up waiting on the phone for the better part of an hour. So, since it is only 6 blocks from home, I just went there and signed in thru the kiosk. 1 person was ahead of me. So, here's my question...why can't anyone just answer the phone? Why does no one respond to you as you enter the room? Not even even when you announce yourself after being texted that it is now your turn does anyone greet you? Why? This is like going into a maze with no directions and then feeling like you are a problem, not a patient.

Took way to long to drop off a specimen. Checked in and it said a 3 minute wait. I waited 20 minutes to drop off.

I went here because it's in the same office as my doctor's office. The waiting room is small. I agree with another reviewer that it would be good to have the check-in kiosk outside the door, but it honestly didn't bother me. The check-in line went quick and there's an option to wait outside so I chose that, and the main lobby is much more open. The staff there are super friendly and very patient. I have a hard time getting my blood drawn but they told me I could lay down, gave me water, and they didn't rush the process. Overall, it was a positive experience.

It's adorable that Healthcare "professionals" (oh sorry HEROES!) are going to strictly insist I wear a pointless mask while doing routine testing, but if you're going to do that you should probably learn how to wear your own over your nose and stop touching it and contaminating the mask every 30 seconds. Also probably wouldn't talk trash about patients in the very next room who obliged to put on a mask without argument despite how pointless it is when you can't master simple mask procedure yourself. I mean you are EXTREMELY heroic and professional and all, but ... kinda looks like you're a giant hypocrite when you do that.

I am hereby writing to officially escalate an incident that I had to go through at the Quest center (Lone tree 8080 Park Meadows Dr, St 120, Lon Tree, CO). I was told that Cristen is the manager and I emailed her as well (email address was proved to me, unfortunately she doesn't care either and has not responded to me)The subject of this matter pertains to one of your staff members whose first name I am told is - SofineI visited this Quest center today (June 17th, 2021 – 4:15PM) to get a few blood tests done. As Sofine started pulling the orders, he mentioned that I have to pay for it now (he explicitly cited that there is no option to pay later). Since my HSA card was with my husband who was waiting outside in the waiting area, I went out to collect the card from him. Sofine frowned a little seeing me go out to collect my card from my husband. As Sofine finished pulling up the orders and realized that there were a total of 3 orders, his frustration increased. I could see him frowning at that. He repeated “3 orders” in frustration a few times while looking at the computer screen. Theresa (another member of your staff) overheard that and came inside the room and offered to help. Sofine rejected the help. Then Sofine printed the labels for the blood tubes and asked me to verify the information on the labels. I reviewed it and mentioned that I don’t see “B12” on the label anywhere. To this, Sofine “yelled” and said “Are you trying to teach me my job”. My husband who was sitting in the waiting area heard this clearly. When I tried to tell him that I was simply responding to the question he asked about the label, Sofine kept yelling and repeating the same thing – “Are you trying to teach me my job”. I had to raise my voice and tell him to not misconstrue this but he kept making personal attacks asking me to “not scream” when he was the one yelling. He ended by yelling out to me – “I don’t want to do your blood work” and yelled out to Theresa to get the work done. He stormed out, picked up his bag, and left the center. Clearly, he was in rush to leave and when he saw there were 3 orders, he lost his temper. It's either that or inherent anger issues.Honestly, I am appalled to see such unprofessionalism exhibited by a renowned company like Quest. At this point, I am escalating this matter to you and demand an explanation and apology for this erratic, unprofessional behavior by your staff. Please review and let me know what decision you have made and/or what actions are you taking to remediate this.

Not COVID safe IMO. The waiting room isn't much bigger then a small bedroom. there were at least 7 people sitting and standing in there closer then 3 feet apart when I opened the door. You have to stand in the middle of the room to sign in. Though the sign says to "Maintain a distance of 6 feet. it was impossible to do that. I did not feel at all safe, *Why not have the kiosk outside for the safety of high risk patients? And Yes I had an appointment, but you still have to come inside to check in as they do not answer their phone.

The waiting room was smaller than a tiny bedroom the chairs were a foot apart people were lined up at the kiosk two or 3 feet apart the sign says people need to be 6 feet apart but it was near impossible to be 6 feet apart from anybody in the waiting room. I have not put myself in so much danger since this pandemic has started nor have I even considered being in a small enclosed space with that many people. I decided to leave and not get the test so I very much need

Took the appointment for blood work and these guys had no knowledge about the tests mentioned in the requisition form. Visited another quest diagnostics with the same requisition form and they were able to understand what needs to be done. Wasted my time. Note for quest diagnostics - train your employees and educate them before having them get started on floor

Sophien is such an amazing asset to this company! He was very kind, gentle, understanding, and helpful during my visit. He explained things well and helped me feel comfortable. Please show this to him so he can see that he is appreciated. I’ve gotten labs done many times but this is by far the best experience I’ve ever had.
