This is a shout-out to Dani (the float)! I was their last patient after they had already worked a long week, and I’m a fainter. Dani used every trick in the book to help keep me awake and even walked me to the car. They went above and beyond and really helped me deal with my phobia of blood draws. Thank you, Dani!!

Not open even though multiple sources say it's open on the weekend. I even used the quest booking tool to book an appointment showed for the appt their door said closed sorry for the inconvenience and to top it all of says not open Saturday and Sunday. Then their phone isn't linked to the office. Extremely unprofessional.

I have been here a few times now and had a good experience each time. I’m normally not very good at bloodwork, but I hardly felt faint at all any of the times, and it was done and over with very quickly even when they had to take quite a few vials of blood. Very rare to find a lab where everyone is so good at what they do! Also very convenient that they are open on Saturdays. So much less stressful than trying to get in before work on a weekday

I was given a test kit with no written instructions. Thirty five minutes of phone calls to various locations of quest labs. Less than one star

Went and had labs drawn. Was sent email to create account to see results. The link does not work and I have tried 3 times. Maybe use a service that will allow you to find you’re results with no issues

Less than a 1 star! Had a CONFIRMED appt for covid testing for travel. Showed up and no employees were there or opened the door. Door sign said they should be open, website and all sites said open as well. Not to mention I had an appt.

I went on a Saturday morning. Just 2 professionals at the place. It worked well.Just heads up if it’s your FIRST TIME HERE, it’s a big hospital and I had difficulty to find the right entrance. Quest labs is at the Aspen Building on the right side of Sarah Cannon cancer institute/women’s hospital at sky ridge.

My teenage son with special needs is terrified of blood draws and it is typically a terrible experience for everyone. Skyla at Quest at Lonetree Ridgegate was amazing with him and stayed with us the whole time to support him, hold his hand and calm him down. She set up a time for us to come and waited for us at the elevator. We have not had such an incredibly caring support us at a lab before and we are so very grateful for Skyla's help and consideration. Thank you!!!

This review is for the phone line. I called to see if they had received my orders for a blood test and urinalysis and was routed to a robot. It kept cutting out on me so I had to switch phones. Then after I did "talk" to the computer I got stuck in an endless loop and it couldn't get me to a real person. Horrible customer service and by Quest I still don't know if my orders have been received.

Disorganized, lack of communication, substandard customer service skills. Not enough room to explain the entire story here, but at the end of the day, this Quest facility could not locate the doctor's orders for many tests for my 4 yr old daughter. I had brought in the orders and began the testing process for her 3 weeks ago. I live an hour away, made an appointment for what I was told would be the last bit of blood work they needed, trying to get my daughter to her 1st day of school on time. After 20 minutes of waiting for them to make phone calls and try to locate the doc's orders, I learn that all the tests have been sufficiently completed and no need for more blood to be drawn. The lady told me that they should have called me to communicate that, but didn't. In addition, the doctor's office never received any results, even though the lady keeps telling me the results are in and the doctor should have them. I spoke with the doctor yesterday and there was no results sent. The lady says, "Well you should call Quest and ask them to resend the results. We have all the doctor's info in our system, so I don't know why they wouldn't have received them." I have an idea - how about YOU call them and figure it out since you all can't seem to figure out whether you're coming or going? The LEAST they could have done was take responsibility for the mistake(s), for losing the doctor's orders, keeping crappy records, poor communication and APOLOGIZED. I understand mistakes happen, but come on. Admit you screwed up, apologize and try to be helpful in getting my daughter's lab results to her doctor. Should have walked a few more steps to the LabCorp down the hall. I will never go to Quest Diagnostics again.

Best advice. Go early or late in the day. I was at their door right at 7am on a Monday. In and out in 15 minutes! Staff is very polite and courteous!

I came to the location at 12.20 pm to pick up a lab test. I took time off to come down knowing that they close at 12.30. When I got their they had decided to lock the doors and take lunch early I guess. Even thought there were employees in the location, they refused to come do their job when I arrived during normal business hours. THIS IS TOTAL UNPROFESSIONAL AND HORRIBLE SERVICE. IF YOU CAN CHOOSE ANOTHER LAB..DO IT. THEY SUCK.
