I came in looking for some healthy chews and treats for my new little puppy, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful in finding the right ones for my pup. And I also found the perfect raised water and food dish, which I'd been searching for in vain, no more digging and splashing and making a mess!

This store has an extraordinary inventory that includes essential pet supplies as well as an extensive menu of dried farm animal anatomy for (dogs). However, if you're in the store when there is one employee on the floor and she's on the phone: good luck. I was at the register ready to check out. A young employee was right there. But, common to the twenty-first century when phone conversations often take priority over everything, she ignored me. There was no nod, no smile, no eye contact. Then: she disappeared for 4-5 minutes, still on the phone, eventually returning with a bag of something. Again, no nod, smile, or eye contact. Off she went again. Still on the phone. When she returned, I asked, "Are you alone?" No nod, smile, eye contact. I placed money on the counter. She took it, processed the transaction, pushed change in my direction. No nod, smile, eye contact, bag. She walked away, still on the phone without saying a word ... to me. I'd been in the store once a month for over a year. To quote Roberto Duran, "No mas."

We love the wonderful customer service we get at PetzLove. We found out preferred food which most places don't carry. Samples? Yep, they've got them. 2 Hounds harness/lead combos in stock. Those things are awesome. Great store, awesome staff, go check em out!

Love this store. The owner Aiden really cares about dogs and it shows. He has been beyond helpful in navigating my rescue's allergy issues (of which there are many) and finding a solution to help her feel better. Thank you!

What a great pet shop! Staff is always helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are fair and better than some of the big pet supply stores. Service is impeccable. I highly recommend!

This store always delivers a five star experience. Owned and operated by true pet lovers who want to make sure you and your pooch have what their little tummies require. We always walk out happy and so does our sweet puppy!

I went to get my dogs the free nail clipping. My first time there I get there 30 mins early. They were setting up their table, many people are coming to the place for the free clipping. I stay outside waiting and waiting I keep seeing people go inside. So I decided to go in to see what they were doing. Found out they were putting their name on the list for the dog nail clipping. I wish I would have know that we had to put our name on a list. On the website it says first come first serve nothing about putting your name on a list. Since I didn’t know, there were so many names on the list already. I left because it I would probably have to wait over an hr since i didn’t get my name on there early. They need to tell people this stuff not all people know to put your name down. Yes I know the service was free but I have 3 dogs and I came about 30 mins away.

Staff is very friendly and more than helpful. My boyfriend usually takes the trip to pick up the dog food and they are always so kind to him! I love the personalized experience.

I drive from downtown Denver to get anything for my dogs. They have a great selection of food, toys and treats. The staff is always very helpful and accommodating. Their loyalty program is awesome as well. If I could give a higher rating I would.

Love that they have raw goat milk in 2 great brands that my dog loves. The staff are always willing to help.
