Waited at the counter for 5 minutes since the kiosks were closed. By this time the mobile offer on our phone now registered as used. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Are you kidding me? No one would help us and as a result -too bad?Poor management, poor customer service, and no one pays attention to the lobby. Super disappointed.

This has got to be THE WORST McDonald's in the state. There is always an issue when I go here; I don't go that often, and I'd avoid it altogether if it wasn't the only option in the area at certain times. They will mess up your order. They will serve you flat soft drinks. They will hand you the nastiest, oldest, spongiest fries you can imagine. They are ALWAYS conveniently out of every single promotional sauce or item McDonald's ever does. They are regularly out of normal menu items, too! Of course, the ice cream machine isn't working. The drive thru workers will pull five cars in a row through one lane, while you sit in the other wondering if they know you're even there. Sometimes, they'll just shut one lane down, but they won't cone it off or anything, so you get to make a fun loop around the building and get back in line. They'll whisper into the headset, and then act like it's your fault that you can't hear them. Or, alternatively, they'll rudely announce "speak up!!" This restaurant and it's staff are an absolute disgrace.

Whoever was running drive through was super rude at the order board, and was sneering at me when I tried to pay. I also had to ask for my receipt three times and she cursed at me under her breath. Non service aside the parking lot is hard to get into and there's no trash can outside.

Not only were they so rude to my ma and making fun of her, laughing and pointing at her while she asked for her missing food that she payed for. They should fire the new employees. ruining it for everyone.

This McDonald's is trash. They shut off breakfast early at 1020 and cancel your order. The manager was rude and brushed me off as if the issue wasn't thier problem. Breakfast ends at 1030 I expect breakfast at 1020
