I can't say enough about this location, it's one of Lone Tree's best kept secrets. Everyone has always been polite, friendly and patient. Supplies are always well stocked AND the little shop is the best!

Cute little place, however you need signs that say you don’t take QR codes instead of having people wait in line to get to the counter to be told this. There’s no signs inside that say this either.

I use this little post office branch often to drop off packages with preprinted labels. The folks manning the desk have been nothing but kind and helpful. Even today, I showed up right at closing time and the woman working graciously took my package for me with a smile. I even did a one stop shop where I found a birthday card, items that matched the cards theme, and was able to box and ship all in the same place!
It might not have all the abilities of a regular post office, but the services they offer are offered well!

I do not usually review, but this one deserves to open an account to review. Having a tight schedule, I had to drive during my work break to the nearest location, which was this one, to hear, “We do not do QR codes here unless it is printed.” Wow! Is this contractor living under a rock? There is no solution, not even a way to print it there. I asked if I could email it, and they could print it. I had no time to drive somewhere else.
“We do not even have emails here.” Mind-blowing! USPS has to consider whom they contract with! I had two large packages to return and a hard door to open. There was no QR or printing, and they wasted my only available time. USPS at the boutique; all they had was wave and smile!
They should add a considerable Google note to the services they do not provide!

I'm not saying I've had a bad experience at a Post Office, but I've ive always had a pleasant one here. Cheers.

don’t come here to ship anything they don’t care and will lose your package.

Not an actual post office. They are very nice but it is not a post office. Miss labeled on google.

What a treat to find such an adorable PO with friendly staff (and customers!) and unique gifts to boot! I bought some jewelry and a mug. Such a handy location.

NOT a post office

This seems to be more of a gift shop than a post office. There are no drop boxes for dropping off outgoing mail after hours like what I would have expected for a USPS location.

Best post office experience I’ve ever had! I hate going to the large offices (like the one on Quebec and Lincoln) so I wanted to find somewhere new to ship my items. This is the place to go!! Cute shop with gifts to browse and a separate area for packaging items. Customer service was great. She was very sweet and helped answer all my questions. Definitely coming back here instead of going to the larger USPS locations!

I would not recommend coming here. I have an address that needs to be put in with a specific unit number, but it wasn’t showing on their system. She said there is no way for them to specifically put a unit on. I don’t understand why they can’t create a new shipment label with proper address. Employee was extremely unhelpful and rude when I asked why they cannot do that

Not a real post office. A store with a bunch of junk and a drop off location.
