I bought the mail kit from them and leaves my nails absolutely shiny. Came back and bought a bunch for my friends!!! The customer service was great as well, they were always very nice and gave me a good deal for purchasing so many.

Fabulous ! I've been with them for nearly a year and am thuroughly delighted. The staff is tremendously friendly, warm, and inviting. Paula was great demonstrating the facial products, making sure I was happy with them, and would get the best possible results. I've since added neck and then body products. Everything works amazingly well. Eye lines are diminished. No more red rough neck. And oh yes, the body scrub, enriched with oils and anti-oxidants, is fantastic !

I just read a news article about how a woman was duped out of thousands of dollars from this company & how high pressure sales tactics were used, products were never given to her after she ran out etc. Well, I had almost a similar experience too. Months back, around February or March, I was at Park Meadows Mall, walked by the store & a lady asked if she could demonstrate something on my skin. I told her no thank you & she asked if she could give me a sample instead. Begrudgingly, I said “okay” & I was told that the samples were at her booth. Next thing I know, I’m in her chair & she’s applying the cream sample onto my hand. She had me compare the differences between my left & right & said she’d give me her “employee discount” which meant, the almost $1,000 cream, was only going to be $395 or so. She was incredibly pushy, over complimentary while speaking with me which came off as very disingenuous if you ask me. After about 20min, I’d had enough! Didn’t buy a thing, but my heart breaks for all who’ve gotten scammed by this company! I honestly cannot believe they’re still in business….

First of all this product is absolutely amazing and works better than any other product out there. 5 stars on the product! However, I bought $350 worth of product and was offered a facial for free at the Park Meadows location. Staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable until... about 30 min into my free facial the salesman started talking about the cost of the product and obviously trying to push me to buy. The cost... $25,000!!! Long story short I told him that I could absolutely not afford that and right away he started getting extremely agitated and being super rude when I just spent $350. So, staff is very friendly if you’re buying product but if you tell them you’re not going to buy anything else, they are extremely rude.After reading other reviews on this place, I’m sad I went. Also, while in the aestheticians chair letting my facial set for a bit, ( I think his name was Romeo or something like that) came back into the room saw that I was on my phone and asked if I was writing a on line.... I was a little confused as to why he was asking that. I was just simply on my phone doing nothing. Now I know it was because he was afraid I was giving a bad review.These people are pretty horrible human beings especially if you aren’t going to buy anything. I mean... who has $25,000 to just throw away at beauty products unless you’re a millionaire?... if you’re going to the store buy what you need and walk away as fast as possible!!!

I purchased a couples special for $8,000 dollars. Over the next few months, the owner made it almost impossible for me to pick up products. Every time I went into the store, he tried to make me buy more things when he had not yet delivered on what I had already purchased. Once I spent the money, the customer service was HORRENDOUS! The owner was constantly making excuses as to why he wasn't open, or couldn't send me the products, or didn't bother to call and follow up about facial appointments. He was simply the worst person to deal with. I would not recommend spending a cent in this location.

They roped me in to try some products. I don't really do skin care at all, but I enjoyed the sales pitch. Paula was very friendly. I did buy some. we'll see if they live up to their promises.

Goodness these people are annoying. Can't even walk past them without getting chased and bothered. Then they aggressively hand samples and try to get people in the store. If I ever go to the mall, I know to not make eye contact and just ignore them.

This store is a scam. From the hella annoying salesman outside the store making insulting comments to anyone who passes, and people who don't talk to him he pretends to shoot them. This place should be shut down and the employees arrested.

The Forever Flawless products and treatments keep your skin looking twenty years or more younger. They are pricey but worth every penny because they actually work. No surgery, no injections, just cremes, serums and light. They are absolutely amazing.
