Edit to initial review that is below. I returned my mattress 6 weeks ago and still have not gotten my refund. I have given Amerisleep multiple opportunities to get it right but they keep blaming system issues or just not responding. I followed the return process exactly as asked. Really disappointed and I guess Amerisleep just plans on keeping my $1,300 and continuing to ignore me. Buyer beware.—James at this location is awesome!! He helped us return and replace our mattress via the online chat. I decided I needed to return my AS3 and get an AS2 to get a firmer mattress. He made it super easy and went above and beyond to make sure I got the same deal as when I bought my original mattress 2 months ago. He also ensured we were getting the right mattress for our sleep type. Really like Amerisleep and they delivered on their 100 day risk free guarantee! Thanks James for great customer service and help!

James is the best!! He helped me to place an order of our mattress via online chat. I had so many questions, but he was super patient with me and chose the perfect mattress for me and my husband. We got AS2, and from the day we received the mattress, we sleep like babies :) I don't wake up at night for no reason anymore, and our back pain has gone! Oh, and they even offer a free exchange within 100-nights trial. I would definitely recommend this brand to my family and friends.

Not happy with the mattress, we paid $1600 and the insurance doesn't want to replace it. The memory foam inside breaks and you can't open the mattress to have proof to insurance unless you tear off the material.The insurance doesn't care because you can't prove the mattress is broken .They advertise you get 10 years insurance but even if you have a deep hole in the mattress, the memory foam will bounce back up when you get up!So, you have no proof the mattress is damaged!Feel really bad that we paid so much money!We don't recommend Amerisleep mattresses.We will never purchase from them anymore.So many stores have memory foam mattresses and much more affordable!

Nothing but good things to say about Nathan Kennedy, the representative that helped us out. He is reliable, responsive and helped us through our mattress buying journey. We tried a few places (Amerisleep, Sleepnumber, AFW) but decided to stay with Amerisleep as he took us through the mattress technology and had us try a few different mattresses out - explaining the pros and cons of each. Not to mention he remembered us by name when we came back which was nice. The AS2 was a little stiff for our liking and he has made the exchange to an AS3 easy. Thanks for all your help and professionalism.

The employee working on 2/21/22 was not helpful, did not give any help as soon as I walked through the door it seemed like he had a negative attitude. Please talk to your employees this can not be acceptable, for a wanted/ serious customer. You will not get mine or anybody I knows business from here and out.

We just purchased our second mattress from Amerisleep. The first one we ordered five years ago. At that time we ordered a queen mattress and two comfort classic pillows as well as the entire bed frame. We absolutely love it. We also ordered the waterproof mattress protecter and it also is amazing. We just bought a camper and that is why we ordered another mattress. We want to sleep as well in the camper as we do at home. The customer service representative was very professional and knowledgeable about their products. We would definitely recommend this company. And their products are made in the USA!

Nathan is the bees knees! We came looking for a perfect pillow and these do not disappoint. They feel like gel and adapt to you to feel soft/firm based on your needs. The staff are incredible, kind, and helpful! These pillows are actually like sleeping on what I imagine a cloud to be like. Get these for every bed in your house!! Bonus- they even have travel pillows if you ask!!

I had looked around for a mattress for about a month. I started with the well known names. In the past buying a mattress was mostly based on name recognition, but the newer stores and manufacturers are doing more than just building a great mattress, they also are telling you how they build it and why they take that extra care to do the job right . I've looked at the Sealy's, Beauty rests, tempur, local and national chains. Amerisleep tells a compelling story, lets you see how they do it and give you a place to try it, while having quick access to solid info. If you are thinking of buying a cheap mattress online, please read the 1 star reviews. All Mattresses are not created equal. I shopped at the Lone tree store and mentioned to both Nathan and Josh that shopping for a mattress is like buying shoes on steroids'. Everyone I've worked with at Amerisleep has been informative, patient and professional. Please seriously consider Amerisleep, they are a great example of business done right , they make a great product and they have great people working on their team.
