Went in to deposit a check and to get our will signed and notarized. The notary (staff) consulted with the Bank Manager and responded that they cannot notarize it because - I was signing to the following - "that I am eighteen (18) years of age or older, of sound mind ...". The manager said he cannot validate my state of mind. I pointed out that "I was signing to it and that he/she is not signing to that statement. His officer was just signing as a notary witness, not about the state of our minds.". My wife was present to sign her will too.
Some made up excuse to refuse service in spite of being a wells fargo customer for 30+ years.
The customer service just gets worse.

Leaving Wells Fargo in the rear view. I've had it with this bank. I've been a member for 20 years and in the last couple of years, their customer service and their financial offerings like savings rates and investment options have really gone to hell. If you have a million bucks to invest they are your best friend but if you are a regular human person you can go pound sand. We had a death in the family and they shut down our accounts related to this person without contacting the family even though there were other relatives as owners of the accounts. This was in the middle of the holiday season and made a difficult situation worse for no reason. When I contacted Customer Service they kept me on the phone for 2 hours and I had to talk to 4 different reps only to be transferred for a 5th time at which point I just hung up. I wish I had more time to write about a dozen or more difficult and painful interactions we have had with them. They have absolutely no consideration for their customers.

Slow and inefficient bankers. I went on saturday to switch my type of savings account and was told I needed an appointment for that (??). That's something that should not take more than 5min but you have to do this "formal" processs with a banker.

Shout out to the outstanding customer service provided by senior banker Jaimie Auten. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. I recently went to another Wells Fargo branch closer to home and wasted an hour and a half without having the issue resolved. We've worked with Jaimie in the past and always had the utmost respect for her diligence and professionalism in dealing with our investments.Frankly, I just wont go to another branch office. Lesson learned.

Very nice and spacious establishment with a drive through with several boots. Inside there is 1 atm machine and then the bankers are in the building. Parking in the plaza lot.

Don’t even think of trying to call and actually talk to a person. The automated system will only let you access your accounts and, even then, keeps cutting off your voice when you try to respond. All I needed was to talk to a specific banker about cancelling an appointment.

Today is January 15 2021 and than you University branch for your great customer service. I flew in from California to change an account for my son who is blind and going to school at the Colorado Center for the Blind. The branch on Broadway would not even try to accommodate our difficult situation (see their one star review).But thanks to the tellers, supervisor and bankers at the branch on University who helped us out when we were in time-crunched and disabled situation. Your the best!
