First time visit to any makeup store ever. As a transwoman that's a scary trip to make. I have to say Trin (my apologies if I misspelled your name) was so sweet and helpful that I was only nervous for about 5 seconds. Helped me find what I need and made sure colors matched. I just love this location. I love Sephora in general but I especially love this one and I’m so glad I live close by. Everyone is always super helpful but Liz is the greatest employee there. She made it a point to chat with my 6 year old about life in general and the spa party she had attended before I made her wander the store for my needs. She also let us know that they do birthday parties there too now! Liz made sure we got everything we needed and was incredibly kind, little did she know I was wildly overwhelmed and her conversation with us put me at ease. I will continue to go to this location because of the staff but especially because of Liz and her kind smile.

Been shopping at this location since it opened, for how small it is it has such a good selection! Every time I’ve shopped here in the last year and a half I’ve felt like I’ve been under the watchful eye of employees - okay sure, theft prevention is part of the job - but this was it for me. I was actually followed around the store this time very obviously by the plainclothes manager. Was it the tattoos? The fact I was dressed for a hike? That I don’t look like normal clientele of this area? Honestly so unnerving and uncomfortable. Would really advise anyone who doesn’t fit the straight size, white picket fence mold to shop at another location. Cherry Creek from here on out.

Angie helped me pick out hair products on Saturday, 03/30, and she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The woman who processed my purchase was also really wonderful. My experience here was great!

The girl that helped me check out was amazing! She was so kind, and made sure I had everything I needed. She checked the back and online for something I was looking for. She had really good energy. You are lucky to have her! I wish I got her name!!!!!

Usually pretty nice and helpful everytime I come in. Tonight no one was friendly except a couple employees I see when I usually come in earlier in the day. One employee was clearly in a bad mood but not the time to take it out on customers at your job. Made me not even want to buy the things I needed at this location. As I was leaving the guy at the front wasn’t gonna say “have a nice night” until I looked at him. I work in customer service. These companies/managers need to make sure your employees know how to work in customer service.

The first employee was rude and didn’t do my return properly. I’ll never shop at this Sephora again. Then didn’t allow me to use my 20% off coupon and didn’t say it was a one time use or would have added it to another purchase once we fixed the first mistake they made. Don’t shop here!!!!

This is my first time making a purchase at this location.I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped with some things on my list. It was nice to get help but then be left alone to browse and consider my options.The checkout was easy and I became a member (considering my future purchases...).I was shocked that they carried Chanel fragrances. Even more shocked when it was eligible for a Sephora discount.Nice clean store.Great friendly and helpful staff.I would recommend.

Lauryn was so kind and helpful as she showed and recommended products and techniques while I was shopping for makeup for my upcoming engagement photos. They spent a lot of time with me and never made me feel rushed. They were patient with me while I asked every question. The cashier was also friendly and complimented the choices that Lauryn suggested, which made me feel like I was going home with great products. Because of this experience, I will be back for all of my cosmetic needs.

Helpful, friendly staff and pretty clean. One downside was I bought a eye primer that had clearly been used and was basically empty. I used it before realizing which was a health risk. I then couldn’t use it when I needed it which was inconvenient and when I went back to trade it in for a new one, the manager didn’t offer me anything for the trouble which I thought was poor customer service.
