I always love shopping at Sam's Club. Everything is reasonably priced, the workers are always friendly and it's never too crowded. My friends always want to go to Costco, but I refuse to shop there as it's always super crowded and I don't think the refrigerator food is as good as Sam's. At Sam's they have red or green enchiladas that are super yummy and my all time favorite Chicken Parmesan. All 3 can be found in the fridge section.

I searched and found what I needed 100% attention from the staff. What I like about here is that it has a liquor store service.....they find a great assortment of liquors

I went to Sams and needed help with an item and passed Dalton, who was working there. Excellent, he walked me to the location and was a huge help. Very friendly and polite. Since there wasn't a line, I also asked a question at the customer service desk and they were also very nice and knew the answer. Think the club is clean and well stocked but they only had 2 packs of Driscoll strawberries and those didn't look great so I bought the Well-Pick brand and hope they are good.

Customer service is horrific. People don’t know what they are doing they are signing people up for memberships while we wait to return something for 20 mins or more.

I like sams better than Costco. Have membership to both. Costco has turned into another big lots with odd size clothes, and items whereas sams has normal and name brand items. I still shop at Costco for organic foods and milk. Hate both of their check receipt policy still.

Clean, all necessary goods were available. There are always discounts, the assortment on the starting group changes, depending on the season. Parkova always has free seats.

Mostly a typical Sam’s Club location. The employees look depressed, though, so I will probably only go to Costco. Sam’s Club employees are usually normal acting but this store was alarming with all the pessimism. Specifically, the employee checking receipts yesterday at around 5 pm. If an employee answers “how are you today?” with “ugh, awful” then they should not be in a customer facing position.
