I gave extremely unfavorable feedback the other day about the way my dog was groomed at this location, asking for a manager to call us. When I didn't hear anything by midday, I assumed that the feedback disappeared into the initial void and went to the store to ask for a manager. Ariel introduced herself as an assistant and I immediately expected to be given the 'I'm sorry that you feel that way, the exit door is right over there' treatment. Instead, she recognized the situation immediately and used my dog's name (without prompting) and then proceeded to do everything she could to right the situation (she couldn't force the hair to grow back, unfortunately). She was poised and not at all defensive, offering a full refund and a free sweater. She apologized (sincerely), saying she would speak to the groomer and put notes on the dog's records. I was thoroughly impressed and went back to the store this morning to let the store manager know that. Great job by Ariel!

This place is special because it lets Sol Dog rescue visit on Saturday. This helps give rescue puppies a new home. Thank you for your service!

Well-stocked and the cashier was super friendly. Highly recommend this location!! Way better than the one at Broadway and Highlands Ranch Parkway.

Get to know your groomer and if you're pleased with their work, schedule by name again. They now have a call center to schedule appointments. I think this is still in the beginning stages and they're not very reliable. I cancel that appointment, and then they sent me a reminder of the same appointment. So just confirm your own appointments if you can.

Missy, my dog's groomer is exceptional! I have followed from a different location. My dog can't wait to see her. The results for a Bedlington Terrier which is a very unusual breed to get right, is ALWAYS perfect!

The staff is always so nice. I thought it would be pricier then my regular grocery store and it wasn't. Hoping my dogs paw licking will improve by eliminating chicken from his diet. Who knew dogs can develop protein allergies over time?

PetSmart Groomers at this location are incredibly good at what they do. They're also kind and patient with your pets. Very happy I took my dog to get groomed here.

The store is very clean and while it has gone thru periods where stock was lacking, it was well stocked today. The check out was fast.

This location is horrible. The Manager Frieda is rude and uncaring and the Regional Manager Dawn is equally unhelpful. We took our Huskies in for grooming. After 4 hours, we got a call that one husky had to be rushed to the emergency vet because he gouged his eye on a kennel. They called us after he had been to the vet and gave different stories about what happened. Petsmart paid for the emergency vet and a follow up with our vet, but refuses to pay for any additional follow up that may be needed. Because of the above, they didn't finish grooming our other husky. Frieda said she would comp his return and make sure everything went well. I emailed her saying not to shave at all, which shouldn't be needed because he was 90% groomed a week prior. I also told her and the groomer this at drop off and an assistant manager told me it is their policy not to shave without customer permission prior. When we picked up our husky from this follow up grooming, the groomer and Frieda said nothing about shaving and I have confirmed the groomer made no notes about doing so. Hours later he was laying on his back and I saw that they shaved his entire underside. Petsmart refuses to do anything to make this right and pay for any health issues that can result from shaving a husky. Stay Away.
