They seem okay at first. Then, no callbacks, no processing of claims, misrepresenting themselves as an insurance company, and, lastly, they give out an 800 number to resolve any claims. No responsibility and no follow through.

The receptionist was clueless and couldn't remember my name, Then I was transferred to a voicemail which is fine. I didn't get a call back until the end of the day though and when I did, it was the wrong person for what I needed . That person then had me call another number to reach someone who worked in the same office. That person called me back soon after, but had a nasty attitude from the start. I felt like I was being scorned for calling to purchase an insurance policy. I finally had to tell the guy that I wasn't willing to deal with being treated so poorly and hung up the phone. Completely disrespectful, unprofessional and a huge waste of time. Call these guys is you want your day ruined..
