One of the workers was loading all the kroger half and half cream in a box , she said to donate. Every time I shop they are out of my fat free kroger half and half cream. Please keep it and the orange juice cans stocked

Every time I come here, I am forced to use the self check out. It is usually in the evening and they have 2-3 employees standing around while everyone has to use self check out. I don't work here. If I wanted to be a cashier, I would have never left my job as a cashier. Go to a different store that doesn't exploit customer labor for free.

I’ve tolerated this store due to convenience for the past 10 years but no more! I was in the cereal aisle yesterday when I saw not 1 but 2 mouse traps out in the open for the world to see. If they have no problem placing these in the public eye, what’s happening behind closed doors? How “fresh” is the produce? Deli? I hope everyone is washing their food properly. Why is it that rodents aren’t tolerated at restaurants but it’s okay in our grocery stores? I am DISGUSTED beyond belief. This is the solution that Kroger came up with!

What a wonderful and accomodating Bakery at this King Soopers store! There was a miscommunication in our family about ordering a cake, and we realized it the night before my 3 year old grandson’s family birthday party of 30 people! We called the next morning and spoke to Mariah and Renee, who said they could get one decorated and ready for us in time for the party. We had decided we probably needed another cake as well, and when I went to pick it up, I asked about a second cake - no need to be decorated. They said yes they had that and would frost it for me. When they brought the second cake out, it was decorated with sprinkles and Happy 3rd Birthday to our sweet grandson just like the other cake! Truly above and beyond and very very thoughtful. We’ll never forget you wonderful TLC of our family. What a great team and a great store!! Thank-you!!!!

This king Soopers is consistently awful. They are always out of produce. There is always a huge line at the self checkouts and the registers. Today they even decided to remove all the baskets. Why? It seems like their goal is to see how awful of a store they can be and still have people shop there.

Hey Barbie,
When bagging my groceries, everything ended up crammed into one bag, causing a bit of a mess. The chicken juice leaked onto other items, and it was a disgusting to deal with.
I get that things can get busy, but it's super important to be mindful of how food is packed, especially to avoid cross-contamination. It would be awesome if you could remember to be a bit more careful next time.

We have to give a huge shout out to Tom in the grocery pickup department. Our busy lives make grocery shopping really difficult weekly, so the pickup option works great for us. Tom is a bright ray of sunshine each Saturday morning when we see him. He is so incredibly kind and genuinely caring. He is a kind hearted and extremely efficient gentleman. Despite being understaffed and busy, Tom always serves us with a smile on his face and grace in his heart. We are so thankful for our friend Tom. Give this man a raise! He is more than deserving. Thank you for continuing to make our days just a little bit easier, Tom. You are a gem.
