Jill has helped me with several issues. I was a vet tech and can do lots of things on my own but she made nail trims easy on a strong, nervous dog. She knows her stuff and her staff is awesome. Love the self service dog wash too. A total asset to Leadville.

This place is awesome! Dead themed and super employees/owner! The kind folks at Grateful Paws got us scheduled for the self service dog wash, and blocked off enough time to wash both of my filthy mutts! All of the shampoo and conditioners are good quality and smell delicious. (Now, if only they had a dog ID tag machine...hmmm?)

I cannot recommend this place enough, caring staff and very knowledgeable, they helped me find a new food for my dogs (they were having tummy trouble with their old food) just so caring and the in town delivery was so helpful for my long hours at work! Highly recommend going here for anything pet related ❤️

Really helpful and caring staff who helped me get my pup fitted for dog sunglasses. She recommended waiting until after I saw the vet to make the purchase, and offered to hold the last pair there for me for the day.Great store that I’ll be back to if my pup needs anything else while in Leadville.

We stopped by to get a harness for Axel. The lady at the desk was very sweet and we really appreciate the help with the food choices and the Harness. We'll be sure to stop by next time we get up to Leadville.

My dad and step mom forgot to buy dog food and left me home alone I didn't have food for myself or the dog and because my parents were running the Leadville marathon I had to find a way to get enough food for the both of us my parents gave me about 20 dollars to buy something for myself to eat I texted my father and asked for some money to buy dog food he agreed the only thing was my dog hadn't ate breakfast and barely had anything the night before because we were in a rush to get to the airport I also didn't know what type of dog food I needed to get him I explained this to the employees there and they were extremely kind to me they gave me a free bag of dog food and said that if he didn't like it to just donate it that was one of the most nicest things someone's done for me and I'm extremely grateful that they gave me that bag not to mention they're prices are really good I called another pet store beforehand to see the prices and it was extremely overpriced so not only are their prices outstanding they're extremely kind and the quality of their stuff is amazing when I gave my dog some of the food he loved it my dog has always been a picky eater so how eager he was when he was eating it shocked me but that's just one example of how good their stuff is they also have a great selection of stuff which made it even better overall out of all the pet stores I've been to Grateful Paws has been my favorite by far!
