Great experience. The dealership definitely treated me like a client - not just a customer. They worked hard to find me the best interest rate possible (even going into a second day - just to get what was best for me). They were quick, communicative, and easy to work with.

Great experience! Typically, when walking into a used car dealership, there’s a weird, negative vibe… not here! I was very comfortable at Urban Motors and I didnt feel pressure at all. They were very knowledgeable and helped me through the buying process, which was super low stress and quick. I left with my “new to me” Nissan Xterra super happy and confident in my purchase. The showroom is very cool too!

I had a really amazing experience buying from Urban Motors. The vibe is pretty fantastic there, and I was drawn to it because of no-hassle prices and feeling like I wasn't going to get manipulated into spending more than I could. I ended up getting such personalized support and Nico went above and beyond throughout the process, communicating with me basically constantly, answering all of my billion questions, and adapting through the situation with me as I worked with banks and financing and all of the things. I am extremely happy with my new Rav4 and I'm grateful for all the support I received while bringing her home. Thanks y'all!

Buying with Urban Motors has been the best car buying experience I have ever had! (And i have had quite a few) Stefan was wonderful! He made sure my husband and I knew everything about the cars history, maintenance, and everything in between before we even drove the vehicle to make sure it was something we were interested in. There was no pressure to buy, no "if the numbers add up, you will buy today" sales tactics, and it felt very personalized and honest. We were walked through every step of the process, and although we were on a time crunch, the team accommodated us and got us out with time to spare!I HIGHLY recommend this dealership if you are looking for knowledgeable, personable, and no pressure car sales. Not to mention this dealership specializes in off road vehicles and takes care of a lot of after market customization, like roof racks, bumpers, rims, etc.This experience made me feel like a person, rather than just another commission check, and to top it all off, I got my dream vehicle for a reasonable price with a personalized touch! Niko was really awesome to work with. Immediately great energy and could tell he really just wanted to help me find the right car and a price/deal that worked! I felt comfortable right away at urban motors and was blown away with how easy and pressure-free everything was. The rav4 I was looking at was ready to go and warmed up for a test drive right as I arrived, and I immediately knew this was the car for me. Niko and crew helped me drive home in that car same day and I couldn’t be happier! I will definitely be sending friends in search of a used car to Urban Motors, totally different and great buying experience. Thanks guys!
