This is the first time I had taken my Shi tzu to Pinehurst for a haircut. He looked amazing, thank you for doing a great job, I will definitely be taking him back.

I have used this facility years ago it seems their quality has declined. I left my 3 dogs for 5 days. I called every day to check on them. The answer was the same each day “ they are doing great”. It seemed very scripted and impersonal. No details. When my daughter picked them up, they were very dirty and and had pee on them. That’s not how I take care of my dogs. I will find another kennel in the future. It seems they are understaffed and can’t take care of the animals.

My Cavapoo, Sophie, stayed here two nights. She did great! Christie did a groom on her which turned out really well. She looks fantastic. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby ??.

Loved this place. The ladies are so friendly and inviting. My dog loved them and allowed them to trim her nails. The prices are very reasonable. I also appreciated their ability to get us in and out in 20 minutes. The small business feel is great! We will be coming back!

We boarded our two dogs at Pinehurst Animal Center for about 10 days in June 2022 and were extremely pleased with our experience! Our dogs came home happy, healthy, and clean (thanks to the wonderful groomer)!! They even got a walk every day. All of the staff were so kind and accommodating, answering all of our questions and allowing for a timely pickup upon our return. We will absolutely continue using Pinehurst for our future boarding and grooming needs! Thank you so much for taking care of our babies!

I take my German Shepherd and everything is OK I don’t see nothing bad, they take care of my dog really good, she was happy, healthy and doesn’t smell bad so I was reading some reviews, but honestly I have a good experience over there.

We picked up our rescue dogs from here. The boarding area was clean but the reception area was dirty and smelled awful. The people who worked there were very helpful. We got two dogs at the same time. They have been together since they were 8 weeks old. They were 1 year old when we adopted them in May 2017. One of the best decisions of my life.

Been going here for about a decade and love their consistency and quick work. I usually have my pet back and groomed the same morning. I recommend to anyone looking for a pet groomer in the area.

I have boarded with Pinehurst many times and my experience has been wonderful. The staff is very caring and I was able to enjoy my vacation knowing my best friend was safe and loved with the Staff. I have also used the grooming services and was very pleased with the service! If you need a home away from home for your pet I recommend Pinehurst Animal Center!
