Needed to cash a check... waited for one employee to help 4 loan customers before I had to leave. Ace Cash Express on colfax is so much faster than this place. Should have went there in the first place. I waited longer than it would've taken me to drive over there.

I had never had anything verifiable here until I decided to save time to change a Demi check and make a payment for a loan that they had given me. That was the bottom line that spilled the water. They took me more than 40 minutes to clarify the source of the Demi check they made. endless questions apparently the person at the counter seemed inexperienced I wanted to call my bosses to clarify my check instead of saving I ended up wasted a lot of time that afternoon they need more training professionalism

I have been a customer here for a long time. Typically, they have been very helpful on the installment loan side. I went in to cash a check that was issued by a business to me. The main problem I had with them is that over the phone, I was quoted a 2.99% fee, the sign on the wall at their location said 5.99% fee and the person helping me told me 9.99% fee. BUYER BEWARE! On top of that fiasco, they ended up not cashing the check. The check was business printed (not hand written) with two signatures. It was from a business that they had cashed checks from in the last 90 days (the cashier said this). So because they couldn't verify with a phone call at 5:30pm on a Saturday, they started asking all kinds of questions. Questions that, speaking plainly, were none of their business to ask. I will most likely be pulling my business from them as soon as I can pay off my current loan. As I said: BUYER BEWARE!

Poor customer service! I Was not greeted upon entrance. They wouldn't cash my check from the IRS because I signed the back of it. When you cash a check, aren't you supposed to sign your name? I don't understand. I feel racially profiled, they even made sure to speak to the white person who came in behind me.

I called the Englewood location and the lady I talk to you over there was a very nice friendly understanding told me to send a customer her way the customer wanted to go to a location closer to her so I called the Lakewood location talk to George George was really nice when I talk to him I sent the lady over there about an hour or so later somebody call me back from that location and told me to never send somebody like that over there again and that that check was unacceptable and I hung up on him because I do the same type of work he does and that just irritated me because it’s like he doesn’t want any business. I do understand that the customer I sent over wasn’t all there but don’t ever call me back telling me not to send customers too him that’s very unprofessional! It’s your job to help ppl not matter how they act.

They’ll always cash whatever check but they always charge an arm and a leg just to cash it. It’s ridiculous.
