Avoid at all cost. Office manager is rude, disrespectful and uneducated to do this job. Lab orders get lost and they blame you and refuse to draw bloodwork. Billing is not explained properly and they will price gauge.

The staff were great, drew my blood and took my other measurements without issue. However, the insurance companies are routing WAY too many people through here considering the space is laughably small. Many of the people there were elderly and there were not enough seats for them in the waiting room, so people were sitting in the hallway outside to wait for their turn.

Reading other reviews, I really just chose this location out of convenience/closeness and was expecting to wait a good amount of time.
I arrived a little before 730am and waited in the lobby. Checked in on the kiosk and waited to be called. The lady who called me back and verified my info was friendly and nice, and was the same person who drew my blood.
She wasn't rude and we made small talk while waiting for the vials to fill.
Overall it wasn't an awful experience at all, and I have no complaints.
I would return to this location for any labwork needed in the future.

So this location has moved!! It is now located in Medical Plaza One!! On the oppsite side on the hospital. Suite 210. Still too small a space for what this is. The staff are amazing. Always under pressure but professional.

This is the most inefficient clinic we have ever been to!! We scheduled an appointment because supposedly we would be seen with priority BUT it took over one hour of waiting until we were taken back. There were people waiting in the hallway…no room in the waiting room because it is so small!!
However, the phlebotomists were amazing…kind, patient and understanding!!
One star for the time management aspect of this office and 5 stars for the phlebotomists!!

They did not have the supplies I needed in order for me to get my blood drawn and no one helped me find a location that did.

I’m not too sure what people have been complaining about. I got there early, checked in, the front desk staff was so kind and the phlebotomist had 26 years of experience, kept asking making sure I was okay, and took my bloodwork in less than 5 minutes. I was out of there by the time I was supposed to originally arrive. Great experience!

I am absolutely appalled at how rude the two young women working the front counter are. No patience, and yelling at patients who do not have their ID or do not how to use the tablet to check in. In a healing setting, a hospital, the last thing we need are workers like this. Hospitals are places to get better, no one is there as a patient for fun. I left because of how disgusted I was. The referrals from doctors for lab work can be completed at ANY Labcorp in Denver, please, go to a different location. Save yourself your sanity and drive 10 minutes away to a different one. Horrified.
