Came in for a screw that punctured tire and was losing air pressure slowly. Made me wait 2 hours then told me it wasn't the screw that was making the air leak but a seal which he said he repaired. Left and noticed screw was never removed. Later tire was still losing air. I don't think he did anything but make me wait.

Couldn’t get ahold of the store to even schedule a tire swap. I got my tires from here 6 months ago, and at that time had to schedule over a week out. Waited on the phone for 45 mins with no answer

Had appointment at 12:30. Bought new tires there to change out winter tires. Took an uber to get lunch, came back after not hearing anything around 2:30 pm. car still not done. Some idiot had cancelled the appointment and so now we wasted couple hours on a saturday. Incompetent .

Haven't been there recently just called very helpful over phone. Last year aired up my tire for free even thou I didn't purchase it there.

This brakes plus went over & beyond to help replace my tire. I got here at 5:30 & they were willing to fix it even tho they closed at 6pm. Now that is great customer service thanks everyone who stayed past closing to finish up all the cars that were there.

I needed to get a new tire and quick, Erik helped me when I really needed it. The gentleman who helped me put the tire in an Uber was also very nice.

Great service and price; however, just about every time I go in I have had to wait over 25min in line before I can drop off my car. I hope its something they can work out, as otherwise this is a great location with great service. If it were not for that, would be a 5 star!

On the website, it states if you pay online and set your appointment online, service is faster, etc. I paid upfront for 4 tires.
When I showed up for my 415 pm appointment at 4 as the text messages recommended, the employee stated it would be an hour until my car was done.
It is now 520 pm, my car hasn't moved, multiple people have come and left and had their car serviced prior to mine. My car has now just begun service an hour after my appointment was originally scheduled.
If I would have been properly informed of my service time, I would have left, came later, canceled service, etc. As I have already paid, that is a moot point.
Be careful folks. Pay after service. The pay upfront to get quicker service is a scam.

Tried to upsell me on 4 tires, which is fine (I bought two) by saying, “well you probably shouldn’t drive this car at all until you get the other two…it will mess up your transmission…” before even looking at my vehicle. Just seemed a lil predatory and annoying considering my other tires’ tread is still deep. Appreciate the fast service and decent prices though.

I ordered tires online and they called to confirm. Came in for the appointment and everything went great. We will definitely come back here again for new tires.
