Dogs are always supervised and they make sure that your dog will get along with the other dogs in their pen. Also able to keep an eye on your dog remotely thanks to their camper cams on their website

Being a full time med school student it’s hard taking care of my dog, and leaving him at Camp Bow Wow gives me peace of mind knowing he is having fun and the amazing staff will care for him while I’m busy! Thank you all at CampBow Wow!! Really grateful to have you guys right down the street!

I really appreciated the professionalism of the employees at this camp bow wow location on Wadsworth. I was comfortable leaving my dogs here for a few days, and was happy to be able to see them on the doggy cam while I was away. The areas are kept clean, the dogs look happy, and I could tell that a lot of thought and care and love goes into taking care of my pets.

Just an FYI they use a spray bottle and spray the dogs and the open area when they bark.If you don't believe me. Just walk back by the windows and you will see.

We used to go to two different locations years ago and had great experiences, so with two new pups and an upcoming trip, tried this location after moving to the west side of town. Our dogs appeared well cared-for, and we liked we could see them on the cameras during our trip. The staff were all friendly as well. But we didn’t like the lack of any outdoor space, and on camera the dogs often seemed quite bored, walking around concrete rooms with little stimulation. We also didn’t appreciate that while we paid for them to be bathed on their pick-up day, that didn’t happen, so we had to both push for a refund as well as give them a bath immediately on arriving home, because they both reeked. We had happy, healthy dogs to pick up, but we’ll definitely be going to another location or kennel in the future.Update, since the owner chose to respond and take only about how they love their concrete rooms with artificial turf, and not speak to the baths we paid for and never received. They refused to give us a refund for the unpaid baths. They offered to give our dogs free baths later, but the location isn’t convenient for us to take dogs for just a bath, and as I said, we won’t be taking them to this location for boarding again. So we got ripped off in paying for services never received and got no resolution from the owner. Dropping my review to one star.

I adopted a laboratory rescue beagle from Kindness Ranch in Wyoming, and while Esme was and is a very loving companion she was not social with other dogs (never aggressive). It took time, however Esme has learned to be social and as soon as we enter the front doors of Camp Bow Wow Esme runs to the staff ready to play for the day.

The friendliness of the staff. And you can tell they love dogs. It’s great to see the “camp counselor” interact with the group as well when they are playing. I feel comfortable leaving our Ryder at Camp Bow Wow. He’s in great, loving hands.

Our friendly little dog is ALWAYS SO excited when we tell him he's going and can hardly contain himself to get out of the car seat and into the building! He loves it!

While it's with a touch of regret that I must address the less pleasant aspects of our experience at Camp Bow Wow Bear Creek, I believe in providing a fair and balanced review for fellow pet parents.Regrettably, the initial enthusiasm and warmth one might expect from a pet service provider were notably absent during our visit. The staff, while seemingly competent, presented a rather blasé demeanor that didn't quite match the vibrant, energetic atmosphere you'd expect from a dog daycare and boarding facility. The lack of enthusiasm felt out of place and was somewhat disheartening. Our concerns didn't end there, however. Upon retrieving our beloved pooch, we were met with an unfortunate surprise. Our furry family member returned home bearing evidence of an unsanitary environment—a telltale sign of insufficient cleanliness practices. While we accept that a dog-friendly space may get a bit messy, this was a disappointing indication of inattention to basic grooming needs. The staff also suggested a tip before our pet's stay, a request that felt oddly premature and slightly unprofessional. Traditionally, tips are awarded based on the quality of service rendered, not solicited upfront, which made the interaction feel transactional rather than genuinely caring.Adding to our list of concerns was the strong, less-than-pleasant odors that permeated the facility—a clear signal of insufficient cleaning practices. Again, while we understand that dogs can generate odors, it's the facility's responsibility to manage these effectively, ensuring a pleasant environment for both dogs and owners. We will not be coming back

Walked in for a nail trim, which my dog hates. It took 3 people to manage this, walked out 5 mins later, all done! Perfect price point.
