Send a prescription to the pharmacy and they were supposed to text me when it’s ready in 20minutes. No txt for over an hour so revisited there but they’re closed during the normal business hour without any explanation.

The whole pharmacy was positive and helpful getting the vaccine ready quickly for my needlephobic children. Andrew the pharmacy operation manager was very supportive of my struggles getting my 9 year old wrangled for his shot. Thank you, thank you, thank you

We drove here after I called the store and asked to speak to a pharmacist to determine if they do walk-in COVID tests. When we arrived they told us they only do appointments. They said that the call would have been through a call center but I explicitly asked during the call if the store was busy. Frustrating.

Wow!!! Truly amazing people that work here. Every single one of them that I encountered this evening made my entire experience incredible from the gentleman who works in the pharmacy to the gal that works in the pharmacy with him. They were amazing. There was a gentleman who came in who was being belligerent and I'm sure he was intoxicated or on something I don't know. Anyways, they handled it so kind and professionally. It was very impressive then when I got up to the register after picking up my prescription that they worked diligently on to get out to me right away because of a UTI and severe pain. The lady's name was Wendy and she was completely kind, up beat and positive. It is very nice to experience this type of interaction in today's society. I really appreciate their professionalism and kindness. Thanks guys!

Amy is very pretty, she’s very friendly and constantly talks about her beautiful, amazing, great child. She’s always willing to help me no matter the issue. Also the hobos are a problem, they are constantly harassing customers and I feel the store is in need of a security guard.

Good luck getting your prescription when you need them. Pharmacy is extremely slow and understaffed.

Well, Walmart was out of a particular medicine, so because Walgreens said they had it, I had Walmart fax it over. Only then was I told by Walgreens that it takes up to 48 hours for a faxed prescription to even arrive and then 2 more days to get it filled. So I guess I'll just go ahead and cough myself to death, since no one there gives a heck about filling it. And my doc office is closed today, of course. Wow. And in addition, they're rather rude, and have a real attitude. Living in America in 2023 is exhausting and futile, even doctors, nurses and pharmacists are quiet quitting. So, I give up. Update: Wow, it just got weirder. So, it turns out that it was a "call center" that told me that....and it wasn't true, Walgreens not only got it but filled it. This has been an all day project for me. I hate call centers, and now Walgreens is using one? It's not really working out for them though. I upgraded my review to a 3, from a 1 because the Pharmacy Manager reached out to me to explain where things went south...ie: the "outsourced call center" which he explained he had a complaint list for, that was rather long. So, it's not the actual pharmacy issue, as much as a complete disconnect with the "call center."

ZERO STARS.The girl with black hair and piercings at the register might as well work from her phone. She doesn’t speak when spoken to, doesn’t give back your change and has an attitude when you ask for anything because she has to get up and step away from her phone. Do better.

Needed a medication for which there's a national shortage. I had my prescriber send it in early. After waiting several days they called and said it was ready. I went to pick it up several days later and it was gone. No record of telling me it was ready but they didn't have it on order (since it was already filled probably).Did they lose it? Was it stolen? I don't know and neither did they.I was offered the "opportunity" of paying for a much more expensive brand name medicine to compensate for their error. No thanks I'll throw away my money fixing their error somewhere else.

I just want to say my personal experience was great service today.. I called to get a prescription filled and it was a last minute notice as I had to travel for work. They really helped me out and got it filled before I left town. Just want to say thanks to a short staffed and over worked pharmacy department.
