Garbage business. The guy that manages this location is great, no complaints there.. But it's the usual scam business model. They raise rates by 50%+ even though the rate for new customers is still the same. When you ask to renegotiate, they won't. They'd rather lose a tenant and fill it at a lower price than just negotiate with their current tenants. So I guess they don't want my money then... I'll go somewhere else.

For the most part the StaceyCourt Lafayette Colorado staff was awesome kind courteous friendly and respectful. Frank was also very nice. He actually worked with me and helped me understand my bills when I got confused. Unfortunately I had to give up my rights to the stuff I had stored even though some of the stuff was irreplaceable and sentimental from my late mom and her late grandma. And gifts from the now late Bruce Randolph Jr./Daddy Bruce Jr. upon moving in with him and leaving his house all of which I wanted to keep and bring home. But couldn’t. Why? A few reasons are: 1. I got to a point of inability to afford the storage payments due to constant rate hikes. 2. I fell behind in payments due to personal health issues and other bills. 3. I moved out of state and couldn’t get to the stuff I had stored as things with my dad and I taking the road trip didn’t work out as we had hoped. And lastly 4. We had no way of getting the stuff into a moving truck as they didn’t offer that level of help.Now if StorQuest were to do these things: 1. Make storage more affordable and offer lower prices as customer appreciation for those who have been with them for as long as I was. 2. Offer decent storage plans for people who receive SSI/SSDI/other disability payments. 3.Offer unload(move in) and loading(move out) assistance for those unable to lift themselves. If those 3 things were to be implemented I would strongly consider storing stuff with storquest again and giving a full 5stars later on. For now all I can say to the people at the StorQuest at StacyCourt Lafayette Colorado is this. It was a delight getting to be your customer and getting to talk with you guys☺️. I think of you all everyday and I miss you all. You guys became a part of my extended family. Geremy says hello. Ryann was very helpful! Stopped in to explore unit options and he was very knowledgeable about the options and what it would take to get me set up. I wasn’t quite ready to pull the trigger yet so he put a reservation down for me while I make up my mind. I plan to return if I can’t find any better options (which I doubt I will). Thank you!

The rude general manager and lack of communication between team members is not worth the money you might save compared to public storage or extra storage space. I would not rent with this company if it was free.

This was my first time utilizing a storage unit and I had a great experience, specifically with the manager Frank. There was a mix-up with my check-in time and Frank went out of his way to call and confirm things with me just to ensure I’d be able to access my unit and get everything stored away smoothly. When we were setting up my account he switched my assigned unit to a better location for getting my car in and out with ease — just great customer service and very thoughtful!I wouldn’t hesitate to use StorQuest again if or when I need them. Highly recommend!

Best storage place I’ve ever been to. They’re extremely considerate and treat you with respect. They’re not just trying to nickel and dime you. We’ve worked with Frank and he is definitely the highlight of this storage place. He has been such a pleasure to work with and is always looking out for us and our stuff! We’ve had to move to a smaller locker and had a few other things go wrong during our move and Frank was always so helpful. He is definitely the best part of this clean and well organized storage business. Their hours say they are open on Sundays but they’re not!

Frank was so helpful when I reserved my unit, and Stacy made a smooth check in for me with my automatic pay system. I like the security for the area too. An easy transition for my move. The grounds are clean and paved.

Frank and Mariana helped me with after hours access during a move that didn't go as perfectly as I had planned. Their responsiveness and care allowed me to make up for lost time and for that I feel supremely grateful.

Awesome experience - The young lady who helped us was very knowledgable and supportive. Quick with the paperwork and very effecient. Very personable too. This was very welcome as we just lost everything in the fire and had to store some donated furniture quickly. Keep up the good work!
