Lady checking me out first told me to put my phone number in because it wasn't listed after I had swiped my card and made me try to put it in two times which both times it rejected. I told her I did not want them using my phone number. So then she said I had to have my email put in which they already had. But I added it again. As I said I had already swiped my Kohl's credit card before all that, then she asked me to swipe it again and I said no I already swiped it. And she pushed her button and of course it came out that I had already swiped it and my phone number and email was already on my card info So finally I was allowed to leave with my purchases. When I get home I realized that she had rang up one item twice. Not happy.

I went in shopping for some Baby gifts and left with adorable items! I enjoy our local store and the staff are always helpful.

This Kohl’s is not my go-to one but since I was in the area for a doctor’s appointment I decided to drop by to return an Amazon item. It was beautiful inside, friendly staff and well maintained!

Michelle was very rude and entitled. i went with my son last night, and she refused to use my employee discount, “stating she would get fired”? Michele will make us never go back with her horrible behavior. I went to the car and cried because she embarrassed me. Again Michelle is rude for no apparent reason then her wanting to be right ?

Watch your prices here. If it doesn’t ring up on sale, they don’t care. You have to go back and do all the legwork… Very nasty people at check out if you ask them to honor the sale price that’s on the signs. Won’t come back to this one again. Not worth the drive.

This is such an appealing store. Organized and always fresh looking. I do all of my Amazon returns here because I always like to browse. I love that a Sephora opened here. I had mostly given up on them because the sales staff are usually younger (20's mostly), but I'm in my 60's and need products that suit my age. The younger staff generally don't know what works for older skin and don't guide me towards colors that flatter a person my age. All that has changed since I found Rebecca. She's a little older herself (looks amazing) and she helped me find so many new products that updated and improved my look. Kohl's, I hope you know what a treasure you have in Rebecca!
